Not sure why everyone is so infatuated with Flores. He did ok with the Dolphins, nothing spectacular. Our defense under Graham as good as anything Flores would do.

Every thing that I've read and listened to today has headlines of Miami's owner and/or GM being like Mara and the GM wanted Tua and Flores wanted Justin Herbert. Flores built that D and special teams in one year. He won with Fitzpatrick and he wanted to make changes to his staff and weed out the guys he didn't want. Reports came out that Flores was hard to get along with. Guess what happens when the owner meddles and also the GM not being on the same page as the HC, or the Hc falling in line as to kissing their ass. Well everyone's talking about how Flores despite Tua's ineptness has won games and his teams fought and they competed, but he had Tua what the past 2 years and he is what he is. I guess the HC wanted to get his guy to advance the team and how hard would it be to be successful if you know that's holding you back. Everyone and their mama has been praising Flores and saying they know he can coach and the hottest candidate now that he's available and the best one of BB's assistants so far..... |

I'd take him in a heartbeat and if he doesn't, I bet he'll be one of the first HCs hired very very soon within the next week or so.

Personally, I'm done with Bill B assistants, it may be the wrong way to go about it, but is what it is. I don't think we will have a shot at Flores, we will be hiring a GM before the coach, and to your point, I think he will be hired elsewhere beforehand. Either way, of course my personal feelings are immaterial, lol. |

My first move as GM would be to fire him. I would not want a coach thinking he has more of a say than myself. That is exactly why he is not the HC in Miami anymore. He could not stay in his own lane.
