I wasn't at the Redskins game nor did I get to watch it (except the sneak highlights) but an NFL.com video mentioned that what Mara saw at the stadium that day from the fans likely played a role in tipping the scales against Judge. Empty seats or booing or both? Compared to the bag over the head years was it as bad as that? This is three years in a row now I haven't spent the money to bring a group down for a game.

Only a bad CEO makes strategic decisions based on what he sees on relatively meaningless day.
If he had a keen eye for what the team needed he would never need "a little push" on the last day of the season.
It makes me want to scream that this would even be possible but, with JM, it is more than possible.

On TV there were a lot of empty seats. The booing is every Giant home game. People were yelling at Mara on vidios from phones. Did it help create a change ? Who Knows. But it didn't hurt.

Saw fans with bags on their heads on tv and there were definitely some giving Judge an earful.

Only last season’s odd chance for a playoff spot at 6-10 brought fans out.

This is kinda my sentiment as well and thus why I'm not thrilled by the firing or the ensuing possibility of losing Graham and his scheme... I just hope they make the right decisions and that they pay off quickly so there isn't another scapegoat sacrifice ritual in 2 more years. It all comes down to the coaching staff they hire, in my opinion.

Was at the game Sunday and it was pretty much a joke. Tons of empty seats and lots of booing, especially when the QB sneak during 2nd/3rd down happened. It became comedic with the constant "Number 79 has reported as eligible." Every cheered every time that happened.
There was also all kinds of fire Judge/DG signs. Fans were also wearing paper bags, especially after the WFT ran it down their throat to pretty much put the game away after the Slayton TD.

I don’t believe the fans had any influence whatsoever. I believe the last two or three weeks of Judge’s on field and off field behavior is what was the final nail in the coffin. Judge thoroughly embarrassed Mara’s franchise.I disagree. I've previously put out here that JM was more embarrassed by his other wealthy friends than by the fans, and I still believe that. But the fans still count and influence his decisions. Like when he fired his GM and HC in the middle of the 2018 season after Eli was benched. Regardless of whether it's the fans or his peers, JM makes too many moves from his heart instead his head. Hiring Gettleman is a prime example. I think I'd like him as a friend, and I like him as a fan, but I wish someone a more cold blooded businessman was the owner.
