I still believe we take Gardner > any edge last year if he was available

So this is my annual post 53 roster set draft and looking what we have and having a decent idea what might be needs in 2023. Also getting an idea what our staffs will want.
First off also we are projected to have the 3rd overall pick so this will make it very obvious where we go with that pick Also makes it interesting to project what we do in free agency.
O line is still a work in process...will probably need a C but we have a bunch of young players that can develop to NFL good,
Corners are a huge ?? Not throwing panic vet assets at CB 2 is smart because you actually can let nature take its course with development.. If A Rob sucks all 17 games the smart move is to pay for an already developed vet, especially if you have a top 5 pick and need a qb..
Also gives the young kids at inside LB a chance to develop.. Crowder has a chance to be that guy and McFadden can step up or Coughlin.
WR is also a work in progress... We know what we want to be the engine (smaller quick twitch human joystick type dynamic playmakers)but they don't have as of now an outside playmaker to make teams fear being burned over the top.tip..
RB....interesting dynamic If Barkley returns to 2018 form and we need a qb....do we extend or franchise so the new QB has someone to help him develop?
So..
3: R1 P3 QB Will Levis - Kentucky
If we are picking 3 we are in the QB game.. Stroud and Young gone...Levis was 15 on my big board but if he has a season where he is a legit franchise qb prospect you take him here Chemistry with WanDale helps
44: R2 P12 C Jarrett Patterson - Notre Dame
Traded back because there were 3 Cs bunched here and Patterson was my target. Get a QB/C pairing together as rookies..yeah could be interesting but let them grow together
67: R3 P3 WR Tyler Harrell - Alabama
Both him and Parker Washington were around this pick(BPA) and wanted to add another playmaker to a group that could be down maybe 3 guys (if Toney flakes )
Washington is another clone of Robinson/Toney..Harrell is a legit home run threat that transfered from Louisville (averaged 30 yards a catch ) This is the type of guy we need ..
Rest of these guys were BPA ..not familiar with any of these guys 99: R3 P35 S Trey Dean III - Florida 106: R4 P3 TE Josh Whyle - Cincinnati 139: R5 P3 DL Colby Wooden - Auburn 148: R5 P12 OT Connor Galvin - Baylor 172: R5 P36 RB Trey Sanders - Alabama 219: R7 P3 TE Will Mallory - Miami 232: R7 P16 LB Eugene Asante - Auburn 255: R7 P39 WR Zakhari Franklin - UTSA TRADES Trade Partner: Washington Commanders
Sent:
Round 2 Pick 3 Received:
Round 2 Pick 12 Round 3 Pick 35 Round 5 Pick 12

a lot of execs left unimpressed. Will these two prove they’re more than a college body builder and athlete?

a lot of execs left unimpressed That could be true. If any of them thought hat 57-yard TD pass by Levis was unimpressive. They have no business being in an NFL FO. It was a perfect pass in tight coverage.

His muscle kinda reminds be of Simms while i’d like to see more accurate darts out there. Richardson, idk, is he Lamar Jackson? I was wrong about Lamar.

Stephen A Ranger, being you do not feel wrestling and the leverage they use in that sport would not help any offensive lineman, despite every coach and scout I have ever talked to believing otherwise....but a firm hard believer in muscles on QB's....what QB can we draft that will have Terry Bradshaw muscles, in case Daniel Jones muscles fail us? His muscles won 4 superbowls.

(Bengles today) I would bet the farm they are taking Ball room dancing lessons to hone their skill set.

Football confuses me....as does Terry Bradshaw and why I find him sexy.

Do you like Terry's physique and muscles? What QB coming out this year, has that type of muscle? Would you mind sharing your thoughts on muscular QB's and what type of muscle would be needed to throw a football, take a hit, and impress the gay dudes on Fire Island?

Anybody watching the ND vs UNC game? ND’s TE, Mayer, is a freaking stud. We’ve had Derek Brown and Mark Bavaro from ND. This guy looks like the latter. Man among boys.

I want a QB that can play at a high level with an awful OL. It’s just to get harder and harder to keep a solid OL. So, let’s get players that can work around that

I'll do my first mock this week win or lose.... Nice quarter of the way where I can go on trends ....and if we are 3 and 1 could be interesting going into a draft out of range of the qbs
