Would love a couple last minute pro-bowl/all-pro signings at IOL, swing OT, CB, WR, and S to really solidify our SB run.
Any names to keep an eye on?

Look at player cut from the better teams like Buffalo, Philly, Dallas, Rams, Chargers, 49ers,Tampa, Raiders. Those are good teams where some guys cut are better than guys the Giants planned to keep.

Seems logical but players cut from (often) bad teams can be the most hidden gems as they tend to have poor coaching/talent evaluation...usually why they are bad...these players are in the NFL for a reason they have talent, good teams enhance/draw out those talents.

There are people saying get Leatherwood if he clears waivers... I was dead set on anything to do with him but someone said Tom Cable absolutely messed him up.(sound familiar)
Of course our cap situation sucks,we can't even bring in a janitor right now..

No gems but some interesting names (ie. OJ Howard, etc.). Maybe look to some KC, Bills, and Ravens cuts to see if there are guys that the coaches may be familiar with getting picked up.

no gems and every player left available will have blemishes for sure. With that said many of these players are really hungry and will put in the hard work to prove themselves. You have to try and find them. Many of the players left just dont want to work hard enough and have to avoid them.

You must be talking about Jason Pinnock. Kid can play, converted safety who can play corner in a pinch. Him and the beach bum, Chris Streveler are the notable players who got cut from the Jets.

I watched some video of Jack Anderson. Drafted by the Bills. Played on Philly. JA looked pretty solid in limited plays.

why is Philly considered better than the Giants, are they coached better or do they draft better, just wondering....

why is Philly considered better than the Giants, are they coached better or do they draft better, just wondering.... Besides their quarterback, that is a talented roster. Those two Georgia boys they drafted in the 1st and 2nd are going to be players. Especially, the mountain who’s impersonating a football player, Jordan Davis. Pound for pound, they have the best roster in the division.

You're not going to find any gems, but you might find some mediocre at best players that can have a role on this team. The last time I checked, this roster is paper thin and mediocrity is actually an upgrade in several spots on this roster.

The last time I checked, this roster is paper thin and mediocrity is actually an upgrade in several spots on this roster. What Schoen has done is smart he poached an OL from the Eagles who have a packed OL room, good developmental players will be released in the hope bringing them back to the practice squad. Now he got massive power blocker from the Ravens also, who I believe have a good OL. This reminds me of when they Poached Ohara from the browns practice squad with a couple of other guys Barry Stokes and I forget the other.

Assistant GM Brown, may have influenced in Anderson's pickup. Pplus, Giants sign Wyatt ( Ohio State ) Guard to PS
