Las Vegas virtually always gives home team a 3-points advantage just because their playing at home. Fact that Titans favored by only 5 1/2 points tells me that Las Vegas has doubts about the Titans. Titan fans won't have an influence on the Giants. Will have on the refs. Watch penalty calls. So you have confidence in the "X" man, Crowder and Coughlin? Vegas is not predicting a won or loss with odds. They are determining a points spread. 5 1/5 points is 5 1/2 points. My confidence is neither here nor there. The reg season has to unfold first In reality, "Las Vegas" only sets the initial line as a guess (with some sophisticated stats) that 50% of folks bet on one team and 50% will bet on the other. Then as bets do come in, it is adjusted to try and keep the bets 50:50. It's not really a predicament of winning margin, per se. It often comes close and seems that way though. The "Vig" or "Juice" is how they get their $$ mostly. I rarely play (it's a losing proposition mostly!)... The great example is the "3 point" home thing. That's because they know from history, that's what gamers put in their heads somehow.

Like the saying goes, "on any given Sunday". I'm confident that our good will outweigh our bad. May even be good for our young team to open on the road. Totally agree about teams having a few weak links. Giants new additions should help in cutting down on Giants weak links each day. ]Since Giants have to deal with a decent QB and and an outstanding rB just wish Giants had their entire defensive line playing.

The money we gave to Ukraine would have almost pay for free colleges for one year. Shouldn't have a society where 440 Americans earn the same amount of earnings as the bottom 150 million Americans. Rich Americans not playing anywhere near a percentage of their income as they did in year's past. Rate keeps going down due to their influence on Congress. Little guy has no say. Our defense budget is more than the next 9 countries combined. We can no longer fight wars without risking nuclear annihilation. This war makes that obvious. Need to start rebuilding America here at home. Can't have people not making ends meet. Have to raise the minimum wage. Hasn't had adverse effect when that happens. I've got a Masters in Economics.. almost a PHD. And a BA in biology/genetics, with a minor in political science.. plus a strong background in mathematics. Wanna tangle? ..or maybe we should just stick to football?

Does this mean there is a 2 win prediction miggs out there, also? He is now known as, multiple miggs. As long as he's not throwing little microscopic miggs at me, I can deal with his dissociative identity disorder. If we take the 12 win miggs, and the 2 win miggs...we get 14 wins, divided my the multiple miggs of two at the moment, and we come up with 7 wins. Miggs could be the famed Las Vegas odds maker, by using his dissociative identity disorder....and creating a perfect betting line to open with. 2 win miggs and 12 win miggs...I am now impressed. Not only have you both dealt with dissociative identity disorder, and been stuck in prison being manipulated by a cellmate who would enjoy eating your many brains, you are the leading odds maker all others follow. If anyone can sniff out those wins, it would be miggs...

This scares me, discussing our team's running game and the only personnel mentioned is Jones. I don't want to see our running game try to be like that of the Ravens, regardless of how successful they've been with it. Jackson obviously has vision and decision making abilities that Jones lacks. I agree, but I only talked about Jones in the context of the Daboll offensive system that has so much movement and untraditional player alignment that it creates more opportunities for Jones to run. Having to account of his legs helps this system in particular. Personally? If he stays healthy and Jones can think faster in this system, I think Barkley is going to have a pretty big year. Bigger than Jones. We saw in preseason Jones saw a lane and took off, and once again did not slide as defenders closed in. This is something that is still a great concern, to do it in that situation where he knows he has to keep healthy. It does not come natural and he seems to forget once in the speed of play time. He can slide and still need to be accounted for.

As a comparrsion Mahomes ran about 65 times last season. Josh Allen 122 in the reg season!! Allen has over 100 attempts in 3 of his 4 completed seasons. Wonder ho many are planned?

Like Mahomes and Allen, if Jones can throw the ball, i don’t mind him running. I want to see him throw though. It’s when he sees any hole and takes off bothers me. Imo, 2nd string QBs or preseason QBs do that.
