It is frustrating because we all view our OL as still a major work in progress.
With that said, it can only be viewed as a positive that we actually have guys in the wings who are being taken onto 53 man rosters.
That has to mean that our starters and reserves are improved from last year.

Practice squad, man…we’re talking about practice squad. Ain’t that what Iverson used to say?

Thats all they can afford now--practice squad players--after the Kyler "ya better study" deal. Someday maybe, an agent will come along who will educate the QB hes representing if you don't take every last dollar from the cap they can have better players around them.

Practice squad, man…we’re talking about practice squad. Ain’t that what Iverson used to say? Not quite. Yes they haven't proved themselves in the NFL, BUT for a team to pluck them away from us they have to put them on the 53 man roster, which costs them money and a slot that could be used for someone else. This is significant because in the past we haven't had guys on our active roster that would be targets for other teams. If we have practice squad guys who are attractive it can only mean that at long last our starters and backups are improved.

$#!t forgot his name already lol Saints snagged him tho. Wyatt Davis. Giants offensive line is good as Jones completed 14-15 passes against the Jets first team defense in practice scrimmages, and the Giants gave up a total 3-sacks in three pre-season games, and two of those sacks were the Giants OL not spotting the unguarded rusher. Moreover, the Giants mostly throw short passes which negates the pass rush.

I would agree when you look at our free agents from last year many signed no where - this is a positive sign in that sense, however after reading up on Wyatt there were a lot of negative signs as far as his ability to ever "get it"

Thats the thing they already went out and got him top 5WR and all the toys a QB needs.Dude is forever hurt when the games count the most he's the one that isn't producing the playoffs and wins in the playoffs, he needs that money now before the fools smarten up,

Actually his first class hit free agency we will see how they do BJ Hill has found some success for a 3rd rounder we will see how Carter does for Atlanta Giants wanted him back, see if Will Hernandez can reach his potential with real coaching not musical coaches in AZ.

I am hoping I am right but you never know.
