I don't see him ripping into other position players the same way, not so openly at least. Accountability starts at the top, this was a demonstration of that.

Davis Webb has stated that Daboll will pick and chose when he feels the need to address a player with more gusto. Webb had first hand experience with as the back up in Buffalo. He says it all comes from a place of getting better for the individual and for the team. Accountability is def part of it.

How much is Webb making on the PS? I think they make like $15,000 to $20,000 a week, and can be cut at any time. Unless they're an International Program Player, which you're stuck with until they're wearing Depends.

Its GREAT coaching! In his initial introductory presser Daboll stressed that he is authentic and genuine. He said to be any other way would eventually reveal a coach to be a fraud to the players. I for one, can relate to blowing off steam in intense situations and then growing closer to any affected parties. Anyone who has ever played organized sports or even pick up games has experienced blow ups with coaches or other players that ultimately ended up with handshakes. This is a nothingburger. If Daboll wasn't being himself and Jones wasn't a mature young man then perhaps it would be more. Those two will grow closer yet.

Daboll is a passionate and emotional guy for sure from what we have seen just from tweet from the first game. Those two attributes in a coach are usually good things.
heard somewhere he started getting a bit choked up talking about the first win. This guy wants it badly. He wants for his players, his staff, the organization, the history of the organization, the fans and for himself as well.

We see how that worked out for TC once he finally came around. Let's go Daboll....

He is totally all in with a winning culture as a full team aspect.
