I haven't seen any talk on either of these two. Of course that doesn't mean there isn't but...
Question about Slayton. Was he even active or get a snap?
And Robinson - the kid deserves props because who wasn't expecting him to get exploited all game? From what I saw he played a pretty well.
Now Darnay, that's another story.

Slayton wasn't active. Robinson played well. Probably will have up and down moments, but he's got the skills to be an outside CB if he can put it together.

Robinson deserves credit where it is due, kid had a good game. There is promise there. Like Neal he's goign to have some ups and downs, but good on him.
Since we're talking about players who aren't getting props let me add Shep to that list dude worked hard to get back, was part of a big play by what was really one of the best things I've seen from DJ in quite some time, and was out there blocking like a mad man on running plays like he always has.

but yeah I Think the writing is on the wall for slayton.. probably holding onto him as trade bait.. who knows we also didn't see much of toney either. I guess I shouldn't be quick to say something like that. Still early in the season they can really integrate him whenever they want, but it does seem like we've got some other players that can out perform him I mean even colin johnson looked better than slay. The guy has always been really inconsistent and for as much as he's a deep play threat, does it really mean anything when he's rarely consistent out there?

another guy who didn't get enough recognition... maybe wasn't disruptive rushing the passer, but..
as it turns out lots of unsung heroes in this game.. lots of dudes stepped up even if it may not have been obvious watching the broadcast.

Slayton not active and Wan'Dale came out right after the one catch he made. He has knee issue that is day to day

Backups have to ball out from time to time for sure.

Sills was active, while Slayton was a healthy scratch. The Giants game plan was simple, run the ball down their throats till they cry uncle. Use the bigger receiver in Sills, over the smaller receiver in Slayton.
Daboll is using all his weapons in his arsenal. That’s why every player has to be ready when his number is called, you may grab wood one week. And the next asked to make a play. The Giants motto, be held accountable or be left out to dry.

Ward was a critical piece in containing the beast Henry. He also showed valuable leadership on the field and sideline. This was a great add.

Would liked to see Slayton on the field rather than Sills. Also, for Toney to play more and be more involved.
If Giants had not won, more posters would have been saying the same thing.

yeah from what i saw watching it on a game link and the issues that come along with that I didn't see any negatives about A Rob but I will evaluate more tonight and the team as a whole when i watch it. Holmes on the other hand, smdh

Glad we now seem to have pieces in place. I think players are going to feed off of this win and the way we went about our business. Coming back in the 2nd half and doing what we did the way we did it, mannnnnnnnnnn I'm pumped..........

WR is going to be interesting.
We’ve discussed Toney and Golladay to death.
But KG Shep and Toney all have injury issues we’ve had to deal with. Wad’dell is already “day to day”
So Sills James and Slayton will probably get more reps than most of us are anticipating. At least more than I’m anticipating.

The only prediction I made for last weeks game was that Sills would make a huge play. I guess on one of the snaps that DJ got destroyed due to little protection Sills had slipped deep undetected. Daboll clearly likes Sills, and he and Jones do have chemistry. If anything his snaps will increase. I think Daboll answered honestly(in presser), different games will have different WRs in different roles. This is what creative offensive coaches bring to the table.
