Hopefully Nabers is as good as OBJ, how many playoff games did we win with Odiva? I forgot. I’m sure that will rustle some jimmies but unfortunately I have to go play with dead people and won’t be able to respond until this evening. Have a nice day everyone! That's why I was disappointed they didn't trade back and collect a few more picks. It didn't happen and he does project to be a stud so it's time to root for them to progress and make the playoffs again.

Nabers has sooooo much young OBJ in him skillet wise, size, and that is incredibly exciting. OBJ had slightly more natural hands (but he's also one of the best I've ever seen in that regard, so not even a knock on Nabers). Stay healthy young man, with DJ, we're gonna need you to take a lot slants to the house. The great thing about Nabers is the attitude he is going to bring. This is not a ‘diva’ Very tough player that will not come out of games unless it’s on a stretcher. Extremely competitive guy that is looking to rub peoples nose in it whenever he can. This guy is a real football player. The attitude is all anyone talks about. Belichick loved him too. A football players football player. Dawg…as they say

But he doesnt have a RB now with Saquon gone. I think Devin Singletary is going to surprise a lot people. I loved SB but I do not think we are going to miss him. Just my opinion. Yeah, I was being sarcastic. RBs are a dime a dozen. Like TEs.

However, I will saw he reminded me of a young Easy E, and I aint talking about Eli.

He isnt a diva. At all. Seems more like a Mamas boy, in a good way. With a confidence. This isnt a dumb thug POS like Toney.
Hopefully the money doesnt change that.

And he knows what we have to do....
Malik Nabers on Giants QB situation: “Going to New York wouldn't be a bad idea. The QB situation, they're gonna figure it out, especially if they have a caliber receiver coming like me. They're gonna wanna get me the ball so I'm sure they're gonna wanna get a QB that can do that.”

Dawg…as they say I've read reports that talk about his off the field issues (him getting arrested) and who he surrounds himself with, I've also read about how he's a great teammate, hard-worker, and passionate about the game. For the guys who do watch the LSU games, can anyone confirm whether it's true that he would yell at Jayden Daniels on the sidelines when he wasn't getting the ball? I think the most important thing he needs to understand is that NY media is on another level when it comes to blowing things out of proportion and that he will be under a microscope, so it's up to him in how he carries himself and how he reacts to the headlines.

He's good but apparently had character issues. Did Joe schane explain the pick yet? Go check out the post pick presser with Joe and Daboll.
Basically Joe explained that they have a team dedicated to looking at these guys from every angle off the field. This includes people that get imbedded on the campus and in the community. He said when they pick someone they are absolutely sure about their character. I had some worries too until hearing Joe talk about it. Looking at his picks I think his process has worked so far and they have also shipped off any bad apples.

Oh, I’ll root like hell for them to win and hope DJ can finally prove he’s the QB that his few remaining super fans thinks he is but if he isn’t, Schoen better be a magician and pull a QB out of his ass next year. I fully expect DJ to be the best we’ve ever seen him considering how long he’s been in the league, 3rd year under Dabs and Kafka, a supposedly better O line and according to some on here, one of the top receiving units in the league. The problem is, he can’t just be better, he has to prove he can be a franchise QB because personally I don’t think he’ll ever be the guy to win us an NFC Championship game or Super Bowl and that’s the ultimate goal.

Because that’s what I define as carrying a gun, especially when it can be clearly seen in his front pocket, without a permit in a state where that’s not legal.

He has zero character issues. That's just not true. When you get arrested for carrying a gun, you have character issues. It's permanent. Now, has he learned his lesson unlike Toney and Baker?

Thought we should have drafted a WR and Schoen delivered...but now that the excitement of the pick has worn off...I'd be lying if I said I have no concerns with this guy. Already showing more signs than Odell did as a rookie...but knows...he's only 20.
Huge to get a WR1 though after all of these years...can't wait for the 8 to 8 connection.

More concerned about Jones getting him the ball. Biggest concern is Jones being a franchise QB. I wish more fans were fans of the whole team rather than individual players. Not saying you are in that mode but objectivity is a good thing. Jones needs to play lights out. Huge microscope on him coming up.
