Nobody circles footballs like the Buffalo Bills Just a game behind Pats in the division with a showdown on Saturday. You can just feel the officials warning up the flags ready to dump on bills at critical moments in that one. They got a towel heater like the barbers have for games like this.

Ur a good fan. What is ur take on this season? Slayton turned out to be the long shot we prayed he would be. They still need a legit deep threat. I want Young In the first round and a concentrated effort on the Oline in later rounds like we did with corner last draft. Thoughts? The season.. Kinda how I thought it would go but worse.. Another dynamic guy (seeing as our roster at WR next year is Tate,Slayton and Sheppard at least some recourses need to be used here in a very deep draft)opposite Slayton and this offense can be lethal (and Kaden Smith emerging) Want young in the worst way. Game changer. Deep o line class as well. I'm seriously concerned we are gonna play our way out of the young sweepstakes. The other part is the strength of schedule advantage could change with wins or losses by the remaining teams on each of the bottom dwellers schedules.

Redskins are going to have a hard time passing us strength of schedule wise mainly because they played the 49ers and we played the cards in the NFC west. Dolphins get another win next week

541...
He cant be stopped.
If he played for the Pats or had a top 10 defense most of his career, he would have a bunch of rings as well.

We will have to lose to the skins tho. We will. They're playing more inspired ball with Haskins now

How in the wide world of sports does he not get a perfect passer rating?

Helped a ton that he played in perfect sunny weather SD & then indoors at the dome 8x a yr plus vs TB/Atl, every yr where he had zero worries bout cold windy freezing weather. And if the schedule had NO playing Car in Sept/Oct, good weather as well. I doubt he puts up the stats he has if he had played in cold outdoor weather NE cities such as NE/NY/Pitt/Phil or out west in Denver/KC.
Favre/Brady/Eli/Big Ben put up great top 10 career passing stats playing in cold/snow/rainy/ bad weather conditions & outdoors the vast majority of their careers.
Not hating on Brees, just stating facts.

Is that why Brady thought he could deflate footballs? I agree playing in a dome helped, but that has nothing to do with him getting shafted by his defense most his career.

Ironically if the league had properly conducted itself and not allow his defense to operate with bounties, he probably wouldn't have a ring right now.

True, but the year he won it all the Saints were ranked 20th on defense. thegiantsboard.proboards.com/thread/5391/2000s-mt-rushmore-qbs-nfl I dont think the bounties helped them win much.

They gave up just 21ppg that yr, that's a good defensive yr in my book.

The conference championship game against Vikings they beat the crap out of favre with several dirty plays. Even the league had to admit they missed calls. Of course it was AFTER the game when nothing could be done to change the outcome.

Of course it was AFTER the game when nothing could be done to change the outcome. This happens literally every year though. Like last years blatant PI not called. And then after its "Our bad". I remember our SB 42 when I believe it was Vince Wilfork flopped and got the call, bringing back a huge play. NFL admitted after it was a bad call. Even Wilfork said he flopped for the call. Favre did get lit up in that game though if I remember correctly

Imo the late pick he threw which ended the game was a result of the beating. I don't know how anyone could think clearly after that kind of treatment.

Honestly, I'm surprised Greg Williams and Sean Payton are still coaching by TODAYS standards. It doesn't matter much where your defense comes in rating wise when it strategically takes opposing Offensive stars out.

When bounty was involved should have been criminal, just like any other citizen had done it.
