The guy hasn't developed anyone. Brady was already developed, Rosen is a bust and Fitzmagic is playing the same as he always does...good in spurts. What kinda back room dealings are going on and I don't like that a rookie HC in Flores is being under cut like this....Craziness....How all these losers got jobs before Bettcher? Miami has to agree to allow these guys to be interviewed for lateral moves so unless the front office is doing this without Flores' permission (which is highly unlikely) he seems to be ok with losing these guys. I mean Miami had one of the worst defenses in the NFL (though to be fair they had nobody on defense) and some of the worst QB play in the league until Fitzpatrick got promoted. Maybe Flores wants to try some other people in these jobs but didn't think they deserved to be let go.

Now the Dolphins can still block it as the NFL rule only prevents blocking from assistant to head coach opportunities, hence why we couldn't get Stefanski back in 2018 to be our o coordinator. Most teams allow their guys to progress in their careers and don't block even if they can. Now for Graham, I've read mixed reporting on how much defensive playcalling he did in Miami, so since he'll do that here Flores let him go since he'll be handling the bulk of that particular part of coordinating a defense and didn't want to stop Graham from being able to do it all.
