I have to see the numbers with our cap. One day we’re way under the cap, the next we are only a few million under. I have this fool on mute so I'll answer directly to you If we extend Bradberry and Zeitler 2 extra years we move like 20 million down the road and it's converted to bonus money..(more later) Cutting Solder (June 1st )saves us 10 million Tate is an instant cut Right there we now have 45 million this year if it's the worst case scenario We have 100 million starting in 2022 before we do anything Cutting Solder and Tate we get more which is offset a little by the 2 extensions so we have still 100 million starting in 2022 Also having all that room staring in 2022,if we have to delete Zeitler early (or one of our guards take his spot)uts an easy absorb of dead money So that's more than enough for William and Tomlinson And get 1 major FA signing which I would use on a vet pass rusher .. He'll we could even extend Peppers (his contract would start 2022 ) So that leaves the draft to get us weapons (we need to double dip at WR...one of tbe big 3 at 11 and maybe a guy like Bateman,Marshall or Coxie day 2... bigger but still highly athletic modern WR...) Just saw a post from Ian Rappaport he is reporting the league thinks the cap will land at 180 to 181 mill so the Giants would be 2 to 5 mill under before any cap work to bad for the covid cap kill they were set up pretty good to make some big moves.

He's not my guy, so I don't want to hear it endlessly year after year after year. We beat him both times it counted, so I have no animosity towards him personally, more just the way the media goes beyond overboard.

I think the Patriots system did help him big time through the years and he thrived under it, but system QB? No. And never thought he was only a system QB like an Alex Smith or something. The system is pretty similar in Tampa that he was playing in NE. (Gronk is back!) System is always important. Brady is brilliant under center. He is a great QB, still. His drive is unmatched. He is playing like he is 29. Having a phenomenal team around him helps, but you cant take away how he got there again. But he was suspended for cheating. My take away in this game was this, Bucs defense was amazing yet again. They shut down the Saints, Packers and Chiefs offenses. KCs OL was an obvious failure. Thats the worst they have played since, probably Mahomes was drafted there. Losing their OTs hurt big time and it showed. I also dont think Mahomes is 100%. Buccaneers front 7 on defense was amazing, and their OL protected Brady all game. That was the difference IMO. What a beat down. Brady is a big part why they won. You cant just put any qb there and they win. Brady once again proved to the naysayers why he's without a doubt the GOAT. It's about time you change your view about Brady not being a system qb. Kudos. He was a big part why they won. He was great. Most accomplished player in the NFL of all time. What he did this year is amazing.

One thing we can all agree on is, Tom Brady made a great choice picking Tampa Bay to play with. That team is loaded head to toe.
I do wish KC was healthy though. It was obvious the OL injuries derailed that team last night.

You can’t go five minutes in a broadcast without being reminded he’s the greatest of all time. What’s also annoying is it’s supposedly the ultimate team sport - the guy has never played on a bad team in his entire pro career. Where’s the love for the offensive line that kept him clean all game? His wideouts that stretch the field? Jason Pierre Paul, the secondary, and so on. Was he the missing piece of the team? Sure. But the nfl, at least through the eyes of the media and fans, has devolved into qb vs qb and they can’t get enough Brady

Brady clearly knew what he was doing when he signed with the bucs.

Still feels amazing what Brady has achieved. The 6 sb wins in NE was amazing but to change teams at his are and win ok your first season will likely never be repeated.
It takes so many things to go right to win one... and he has 7. It takes a lot to make it to sb... he has been there 10 times.
Hard work and dedication.

Former NFL ref Terry McAulay wrote on Twitter that two of the defensive holding calls on Kansas City probably shouldn't have been called because they didn't come "close to the standard" that officials had been using for defensive holding all season.
The Chiefs were flagged eight times for 95 yards in the first half, which set the Super Bowl record for most penalty yards in a first half.
-----
I will say this, the calls did feel lopsided. Not using it as an excuse however since KC got dominated, but it was pretty bad. The biggest one that stood out to me was the one where Brady was picked off and it was called a hold. It was simple hand checking that happens on every play. Bad call and changed some momentum. It was 7-3 at that point and the INT would have put KC in great field position. Instead Brady got the ball back and scored a TD 3 plays later. There was also a later play where the WR fell down and it was called a PI.
Its probably good this wasn't a close game because it would have highlighted these bad calls more

That defense was not giving Mahomes a chance to do anything.

The real criminals in all this are Doug Pederson and Nate Studfeld.
Everyone knows Brady was not beating the Giants in route to another Super Bowl.
But thanks to those two I mentioned, Tom got off easy by getting to play TTPKATWR's instead.

I think there are Brady haters and Brady lovers. I am somewhere in between. I think he's a guy that was put into a perfect situation when he came into the league, with the greatest coach ever. I think once again, he was in the perfect situation with TB.
Does Tampa win the SB or even get there without Brady? Maybe, maybe not. We can speculate all we want, but we really don't know. That defense played lights out down the stretch and throughout the playoffs. Did Brady help put them over the top? Yes he did.
Would Brady have had the same success on a lesser team? I say no, and I think if GB could have done anything on offense they would have won that game. Brady threw 3 picks in the game, and could have easily been the "GOAT", and not in the nice way.
You have to respect his career and accomplishments, but I'm sorry I think they deserve an asterisk to some degree.
Tuck rule... should have lost that game and never went to the SB.
Seattle SB- give the ball to Marshawn, game over.
Atlanta SB- great comeback, granted. But Atlanta blew that game as much as New England won it...
I am not hating on the guy, not at all. Just pointing out facts. Throw in the 2 cheating scandals and does anyone wonder why some people do hate him? I don't.

That’s just football. It takes a reasonable position straight into Rudy Giuliani territory. That can be said about the tuck rule game as well. It’s just a lot harder to keep a straight face for that one. So, throw that one out and the guy has what? Only 6 championships?

Not sure what you are talking about. Mahomes got hurt in the Browns game and the Chiefs easily handled a very good Bills team. mentioned the Bills 11 post up. Does the rest make sense? Just think that last night’s performance was not predictable from their prior performances. Injuries on their OL killed them

mentioned the Bills 11 post up. Does the rest make sense? Just think that last night’s performance was not predictable from their prior performances. Injuries on their OL killed them Predictable is the Chiefs winning yet they ran into a Bucs team which has winning too. Chiefs were amazing last season and through the Jets game this year. Since Carolina in Nov they haven't been amazing. They came back to the pack. They outscored opponents by 27 points total. They were finding ways to win yet a turnover or a wasted time out or a penalty or blown coverage could have been the difference in several of those games. Were the OT the difference? Maybe but was Hill getting open? Was White all over the field? How many more drops would Chiefs receivers have? How well was the Chiefs defense? Besides last season would Andy Reid pull another Andy Reid in this game by throwing the ball non-stop? Point is this wasn't the amazing Chiefs team of 1.5 years. It was the Chiefs team since November and they came back to the pack. Bucs played their safeties way back and Andy Reid didn't change anything. The middle the field is wide open and he's throwing sideline or looking deep. And Mahomes has been holding the football and scambling for years waiting for a receiver to get open. Him running around last night was not something new. The few yards after the catch were was new for them. There is no telling the Chiefs win this game even with a healtier OL.

What's amusing is how the picks have changed at the top of page.
The Chiefs had about 11 votes and led the Bucs by quite a few. Now the Chiefs lost votes and Bucs are ahead lol. Really??
