The way I see it there are only four true needs from draft/FA as long as they are able to keep the players they want. Those are a #1 receiver, a true TE, an edge rusher, and a #2 CB. Anything else is gravy.

There's a good chance that an O lineman will be drafted in the first 2 rounds. I'm thinking that the choice will come down to "value" between a speed WR, Edge, CB and OL. Between FA, trade and Draft, these 4 should be top priority. After that, I wouldn't be surprised to see a back-up QB, RB, LB among the targeted.

We'd should add RT to the list. Besides that, I think your list is spot on assuming we keep our DL intact.
In no order.... 1 - WR1 2- RT 3 - CB2 4 - Edge 5 - TE

But an edge and a CB to go with a top WR would/should make us able to win our crap division. Us and Wash. the other 2 are a dumpster fire. Unless Wash gets DeShaun Watson we will be a deeper and more solid club. Jones will/should be good enough. With Saquon (Saquon has to produce this year) and we neeed him desperately. A good WR would keep defenses honest and Jones has less pressure on him. And as usual the other guys get brought along to perform better as well.

This draft is deep and there seems to be plenty of talent in mid-late rounds. I'm a big fan of Shep, and think Slayton can be a solid player, but both have been playing out of position. If we can add a true WR1 I think Shep and Slayton will be noticeably better. In terms of a mid-round player, I like what I've read and seen from Dwayne Eskridge. He could be someone to keep an eye on.
