Boy oh boy, These injuries are back breakers for the player and the team. tough break all around. How many season ending injuries happen without even contact, just doing drills.

I feel bad for him . With the amount of non-contact soft tissue injuries that occur before the season even starts. It makes me wonder if all these so call sports professional trainers are a part of the problem. I remember when I was kid . Players going to camp out of shape was the norm. 2 a days and I do not remember these kinds of things happening with frequency. Now the players are in top physical condition year round, bigger, faster..... But are they really in top shape? They look like they are. To me some body parts are getting stronger , other parts are getting weaker. Not a good combination.

It's definitely training...remember how many pec tears we had with Coughlin...his trainer was old school and he wanted insane upper body bulk
