Kind of crazy that right now they are predicting the Eagles to have 2 picks before we even get one. At this point I think it's a little early for names to matter too much, although the Falcons took my guy, but positions matter. In this case they have us going with Kenyon Green OL that has played all 5 OL positions in college and Tyler Linderbaum C.
Anyone have a problem doubling up on the OL? I can't say I would complain too much about that.
Here they have us going with Jordan Davis DT from Georgia. You know we will take a Bulldog in every draft so why not this monster? Then once again we go OL taking Kenyon Green OL again.
I think the split OL/DL-Edge is the most likely scenario for us, so this makes sense.
I really don't care if we go OL/OL, OL/DL or DL/DL-Edge. There are some obvious holes on this team to fix.

If this player Kenyon Greene can play all 5 positions on the OL I love him already. LG or RT ? Sounds great. But I think in general I would like a edge rusher or if I could wish it to be true a Micah Parsons type player.
But I'm also thinking OL, Edge, a top ILB to go with Martinez, 2 of those positions with the 2 first rd picks I would think.
Davis and Greene would be great picks.

Honestly I'm starting to lean hit the front 7 early with both our 1st rounders and even 2nd BPA style.... A lot can change but it also looks like we finally got good coaching on our O line as this unit has vastly overachieved as a unit with how many injuries it has sustained, this had 2013 style disaster written all over it. Unfortunately we also have a lot of ?? Going foward with this unit,as 3 of these guys are free agents next year (Hernandez and Price being 2 of them )and Gates career could be in question
If we could actually get the same 5 guys playing together for more than a week at a time and maybe gell it could help with the evaluation
The depth of this draft O line wise is indeed inside so if Peart does take off at RT it really helps us next draft

as bad as the oline is the pass rush is worse. without a pass rush its nearly impossible to play defense for long. if hutchinson is there at 5 that's the pick, the 2nd first rounder on a lineman no problemo. I really like linderbaum although possible top ten is a bit high for a center, a beast none the less.

Hutchinson will be a top 10 pick when all is said and done Weirdly there is a MLB from Iowa that isn't on any of the mock sites I would love (Jacobs, converted safety) after watching that Iowa/Penn St game ... All over the field, pass coverage....kinda reminds me of Parsons

The season has already turned to shit so we lose nothing giving Peart a chance at RT for the remainder of the season even if Solder is better at RT or not. This is Solders last year so lets find out what we got with Peart.

I was defending them all summer. My thought here is that if our coaches can make all these castaways look this good what can they do with true top tier talent? I love this coaching staff and think they can do great things.
The pass rush is need #1 IMO. Still want to add some OL help though, especially with the pending free agents coming next season.
