If rookie quarterbacks are allowed to have 3-4 years to develop, why don't rookie head coaches get afforded the same? It's not easy being a head coach.

Personally I think Judge is getting a 3rd year. The true problem is with play calling. The line (aside from Rams game) has been the best it's been in many years. The defense has taken a step back. But I believe Graham and Judge get another year.
I think Garrett will be gone unless he stops making bad situational play calls and sticks with what works (until they stop it, then adjust).
The offense has to get healthy though too
Either way I just don't think he's the guy going forward..but we'll see.
But I would be kinda shocked if they fire Judge

I think that is becoming less and less the status quo every year. Teams are replacing QBs a lot sooner now.

I don't have any idea what is going to happen, but I'm not sure either one of them will be gone next season. My guess is, Mara will want another year under the JJ coaching staff. Gettleman will probably "retire" and we will promote from within. If it doesn't get any better by then, it's a total housecleaning. But, with Mara still making those decisions, it will probably be the same crap.
