I know they are going to lose and usually in embarrassing fashion. But there aren't even any players that I particularly like or enjoy watching on this team. Trying to watch this team has become a tedious experience for me.

Ojulari when he isn't making undisciplined plays.
Toney and Thomas when healthy.
That's about it. Those would be the only guys I'd keep going forward into our next rebuild attempt.

How Jones performs in the remaining games will be a big indicator if the new GM sees his as their QB of the future. He isn't auditioning for us, he's auditioning for the new GM. I've mentioned earlier, this team is a dysfunctional mess and I wouldn't care either way if Jones stays or goes. |

Thomas looked legit at LT. That was huge. Outside of that, there really hasn't been much.

Maybe if a Peyton Manning prospect arises from the college ranks and the Giants are in line to choose him would they go that way next year or the year after.. |

I think they will have to Judge him when the team is fairly healthy At least Thomas back after the bye and the weapons none are long term injuries. |

I think the wise thing to do is let him play next year I don't see any better options coming out, hopefully everyone is healthy and back at full strength, problem is he will probably be in his 3rd system this is what bad franchise do to young QBs and as we learned old ones to, 4 systems in 4 years including college if anything he will be well versed in NFL offenses lol, that said Legacy brought up a good point they can give him the 5th year option and rescind it I didn't know that but if things don't work out thats what I would do. Just my 2 cents. |

I believe that most of the issues with lack of TDs have to do with coaching and players around him. I also think with proper development he can be much more like a scrambling QB vs. running. I just hope he is not already ruined. |

some or all parts of this team, every game, for the last many years, screws up totally. If its not that then its injuries to major pieces.
Its no fun at all to watch them overall.
With that said. I like Toney, Thomas, Jones (still but waning).
Want to see Brightwell at RB for 10to 15 carries.

I'm about as optimistic a fan as you can find, but I'm just numb to it all at this point. I'll watch and root to win, but I just don't feel like anything matters at this point.

We are already too far behind to even have a chance at catching up. We are the furthest behind that we have been in years. I’m staying at Caesar’s this weekend for slots. My big game this weekend is my grandsons 12-13 year olds in the rec league. My grandson is the QB and my wife and me take videos of him playing.
As for my beloved and downtrodden Giants I am hoping to watch the game. Don't know if I can get it in Delaware visiting kids.
I think we have a chance of beating Carolina but I wouldn't put money on it. Hope we do cause this is our best chance for a victory imo in the next 4 games.
I still have a number of Giants I like to watch and root for. Too many to mention.

But the Darnold trade and the (literally) few snaps where we’ve had reasonable health on offence, he’s been good enough to make the case we have much higher priorities than QB. Here’s how I look at it. What is the value of those two #1s if they’re spent on edge rushers/o line/TE vs another QB? The contribution of those positions will be so huge yo this team. And in general the success ratio for first round non-QB draft picks is higher than QB picks. We need a couple years where we don’t miss on first and second round picks. |
