He's says they will be taking calls and if something is done it will be done with the improvement for the future in mind at all times, That can mean several things they could trade for a young talent or be looking for draft picks, as he said he will take no short cuts think what ever they do guys have to be young enough to give them some years. Thats how they approached free agency the last couple years also.

It's concerning that it appears his power has already grown to include GM responsibilities.

Only a handful of players on this team are producing, a significant portion are making a lot of money, and the rest are injured. The Giants wouldn't really get anything in return except maybe cap relief? I don't even think the Giants have the potential to get a 4th round pick with what they have. If the Giants start trading for players, they better be able to lock them up or this is a total shit show.

The only guys I could see getting traded would be Peppers or Engram because they are in the last years of their contracts Pep is injured so he is out, don't think they will be looking for cap relief with there big contracts it's gonna be the Solders of the world guys like that. they have enough draft capital where if they get there guys healthy they don't need to be playing in free agency again this year. I just reported what I read Judge said anything done will be done with the future and building sustainable success in mind no short cuts.

I think they stand pat do nothing and go through the draft get as healthy as as they can and go into next season with the same Idea when this team is healthy they don't need trades and freeagncy they need a good solid draft to get them over the top young players on rookie deals.

I didn't think anything negative about the post, it's an interesting dynamic just for the fact that it looks like they are giving Judge greater authority within the organization. (Like you said) Engram is probably literally the only player that they can trade at this point but I struggle to think of what they could get for him. A 4th would be a grand slam IMO, maybe a 5th. They could try to sell him as a probowler but he has horrible mental lapses, doesn't really do contested catches, isn't a good run blocker and has a not so great injury history. Plus, he tends to bat balls in the air and cause interceptions, which is far worse than drops. I don't think a 4th is in the cards for this guy...

IDK... Lemeiux unproven, Gates who knows, Hernandez is not looking like he is on upturn, the rest of the "fill ins" on the OL are mix ans match BS. Peart.....still up in the air. Thomas may be a chronic injury type player with BOTH feet now compromised. This team is still a mess on offense

Judge offered to trade himself to Carolina for Rhule yet Rhule didn’t want to hear for his head after every decision. More to come.

if the team does make a move in free agency I would be interested to read what people on this board think what position the team should be looking at...

I'm not worried about Thomas yet.

Didn't think were negative just what I read from his conference call agree with all of that. No matter who continues building this team they need to stick to the draft for sustained success, it takes longer and is harder to do but when it is done and caught up the cap can be fairly healthy. and keeping it up is much easier, hope fully they will be at the point when dabbling in free agency they are second wave shoppers for a few holes to be filled.

We need a vet above averege OL They need to find out what happening with Gates that is like a double whammy losing 1 but possibly for good when Thomas is back they need to get Peart at RT and leave him there and see if he is the answer i would shift our draft to Edge and Guard and pay price to hold it down draft a 3rd round center let him learn and grow. Their is a lot to find out the remaining games Peart was solid in Dallas and not bad yesterday.
