They really need to replace that damn turf. With the amount they're paying injured players for not being on the field, it's gotta be more cost effective to just replace it. And the reason I'm only bring up the $$$ is because you know that's all the owners are concerned with. Lol exactly. I think the sport just looks more natural on grass (and thus cooler). We are having a human experience on planet earth after-all As kids we loved playing in the rain, snow, mud, etc. It seemed like part of the pilgrimage of playing football. We always got hyped when weather changed the feel of the game. Idk, on turf part of that is lost a bit. Plus there's also.a cancer risk to playing on that rubber, well documented through numerous studies. And there seems to be a lot of turf related injury. All for convenience. It's kinda ridiculous because they're an annual, multi-million dollar corporation. I'm pretty damn sure the giants could do what's necessary to have and maintain a grass field like they did 20 years ago.

Football players play football and get hurt. Its the NFL. Sucks but it is what it is. John Ross is sitting there doing not much on the bench and he's waaay faster. Did it really make sense for Peppers to be returning kicks? Imagine if they put Toney back there. Not sure why they make the decisions they do. We see it as so blantantly obvious that Peppers shouldnt return punts. I am sure there is much more to the picutre than we see or know

There are a lot of less valuable players that should be put in these higher risk situations. Kickoffs and returns are higher risk. Also, if he puts Kadarious Glass back there with all of his injury woes, even before he was drafted, Judge should be shot out of a carnival cannon into the Hackensack River....

What God did Joe Judge piss off? The God of Common Sense? We have so many WRs or other DBs who could be returning punts rather than your star safety and highest paid player. Well he is highest paid, but based on performance he is our 4th best safety. He is a better returner than he is a safety. So there is no reason he should not be returning punts if he is our best player for that position. McKinney, Love and Ryan have all been better than him on defense.

He's far from are star safety and three players make more than him in the secondary...Ryan,Jackson and Bradberry all make twice the money that Peppers makes Who is our star safety then? And Peppers base salary is $6.8M. Atop the list of Giants players. Mckinney and Logan Ryan have taken the majority of snaps at safety that says a lot about Peppers play

Problem again, no pass rush.

Not true that they pay out more to players while injured then it would cost to replace the turf? Not true that the owners are only concerned with $$$? Which one is not true? Is it not true that from data collected from 2012 to 2018, players had a 28% higher rate of non-contact lower extremity injuries when playing on artificial turf? Is it not true that of those non-contact injuries, players had a 32% higher rate of non-contact knee injuries on turf? Is it not true that they also had a staggering 69% higher rate of non-contact foot/ankle injuries on turf compared to grass? Once again? What's not true?

Would they prefer playing on rubber mulch? Robert Edwards blew out his knee, and ended what seemed like a promising career. Playing on sand.. It’s football, so much attention to wear and tear to the joints. It’s bound to cause severe effects. This all started when the league went all full metal jacket with head injuries. Now, players can’t walk right, but at least their brains aren’t mashed potatoes.

Hell, Rudolph's wasted salary alone could’ve paid for it.
