I think we are not the most injured team in the league. However...
We seem to have a lot more headscratching injuries than any other team however.
SO MANY of our explosive players with Quad\Hamstring injuries. Is this a dietary, training, cold tub \ sauna in wrong order type of thing? SO MANY of our players have ligament injuries... is it the turf? Cleat choice?
I bring this up because I feel like its passed the point of being a coincidence. Every season we lose key components to our team in DROVES.
In the case of someone like Jones... a combination of being asked to do too much, while not protecting himself properly and taking a LOT of hits.
Our stars also seem to be pressing, pushing themselves to their limit due to a lack of production in other places.
Seems like a doomed formulaic process that we need to address at a systematic level. Plays\Practice\Training\Diet seems like it needs a TOTAL OVERHAUL.

In 2020 the Giants were one of the least injured teams in the NFL.
We're just reacting emotionally because we stink. Sure, an oline with question marks coming in could not afford to have two backup guards retire, the starting center break his leg, and the starting LG miss the season. But, it's not something the Giants are doing. There was definitely a point this season where the amount of receivers we had injured at once was wild as well.
But overall, this is just a year we happen to be near the top of the injury bug list, last year we were at the bottom. It's really different than other team's ebbs and flows.

Part of it was who we acquired this offseason. Golladay - It had to be done due to neglect of ignoring the position years prior. We needed someone to step in and help Jones he was the best option - has injury issues since being in the league. Tony, injury issues in Florida, engram injury prone, barkley injury prone, sheppard injury prone. Jones injury prone etc etc.
So it really kind of makes sense that this happened this season.

And other teams have their share. But this team, this year, has had the Oline, admittedly the weakest unit on the team, completely decimated. There is no offensive game plan for a horrible Oline.

Injury prone players create injuries. There is no magic formula, or spells you can use to change this. When you take a chance on a player, or players who have a history of getting hurt. More than likely that will transfer to your team as well. You don’t sign Kenny Golladay, and think he will now become Lou Gehrig.

I do not like the play call of straight ahead running for our QB. I could see some outside running with the sideline to protect him but he is not a fullback. Id rather our running backs do their own job. What does it saw when Daniel Jones is our best runner?

I don't get the complaining about injuries. Hello people, football is a violent sport where it could all end on a single play. It always makes me laugh when some middle aged and/or out of shape guy says that a player is made out of glass from behind their keyboard. The only advice that I would give a player is to hire both a nutritionist and a personal trainer if you can afford it. You definitely are what you eat.
Good teams overcome injuries outside of the ones at QB. Baltimore didn't complain when they lost their entire backfield, several players on defense, and olinemen to injuries. Even Jackson missed a game and they still won. Our team just sucks and is poorly run. Plain and simple. We don't get to use the injury excuse.

The Baltimore Ravens are ravished more than any other team with injuries.
They are playing exceptional.
Next man up.
Have your roster thick, not thin.
Plug and play coaching.
Some games we are devastated by injuries we still win. Like last years Seattle game. This years Saints game. Injuries didnt cost us those last second losses to Washington and Atlanta. Bad coaching and bad execution did.

Injuries matter. You hope that you have depth and can overcome but if you end up with a bunch of castoffs playing it will show on the field. Phillys line looked much different when Kelcie was out of the game at times.

Phillys line looked much different when Kelcie was out of the game at times. And somehow the WTFs line didn't look any different when they moved on to their 4th center. The NFL is a fickle business. If injuries do not matter than it does not matter who the starters are either. If anyone can be replaced for an injury then how could the starter matter in any way?

Peeps here can talk about the Ravens as much as they want, but the Ravens aren't winning anything this year. Being healthy counts for a lot, and the Giants have been among the most injured teams for almost a decade.

IMO, injuries are inevitable. Your better have adequate depth and good coaching to overcome them. Unfortunately, the Giants don't have either of those things. I disagree with you about Baltimore. They might win the AFC North and make some real noise in the AFC playoffs.
