If you're at your breaking point and see no light at the end of the tunnel with the Maras and how they have ruined this franchise by making us share a horrendous looking stadium with the Jets and all the rest of the bad decisions.... What what you do:
A. Unfollow the Giants until they become relevant again
B. Follow a new team and who would that be?

I can’t leave them even if I tried. I bleed blue figuratively and literally. Drugs are easier to quit than this team. I’m going to the grave rooting for this team..

I would follow a new team and it would be the Ravens. I like the Ravens. But, that would have to be one major breaking point of which they haven't gone to yet. As much as the current state of the Giants pisses me off it would have to be something where there is a culture of racism or abusing women or something equally disgusting to make me jettison the Giants. Morally, they have been pretty solid. Until one of those conditions is met then I am still here and will use my right as a fan to talk trash about how bad they are.
Yes, and I know I said the Ravens who had Ray Rice and Ray 'Mo Murder' Lewis

Ray Rice and Ray Lewis shouldn’t be a reflection on the franchise. We had Dave Meggett, and he’s being tossed around like a football in prison right now.

I would just follow a new team. My wife likes the Los Angeles Chargers. I like a lot about them. They have cool uniforms and play in a state of the art stadium. However, Justin Herbert is the primary reason. Dude is a beast. I wish we had a QB that was even 50% as good.

Having a conversation with someone here the other day here about Mara and his meddling and basically wanting yes men both the GM and HC, if he were to continue that and not allow them to do their job then that will probably mean we will continue to still suck in the future. If they don't have a solid 5 year plan with improvements and a good solid base with a 5 year window for me, I will likely unfollow until they become relevant again if ever. If I had to choose/follow another team it will be either the Ravens, Chiefs, Chargers, Rams, or Pats believe it or not lol. Oh shit forgot about the Steelers. The fact that they always seem to have a plan and hire the correct folks and keep them, as well as they at least always have a winning record and year in and year out you know they usually will at least have a chance to sniff the playoffs, that's the kind of stuff that I like and can see myself rooting for. I guess time will tell and I'll see....

Agree Totally, When I was younger my 2nd fav team was the Baltimore Colts, and believe it or not, a close 2nd. We'd make the trip to Baltimore once a year to see them, Raven's just never caught on for me. The Colt's games at Memorial Stadium were like a New Years Eve party ... lol Of course that's over now and I never really followed anyone else. Giants Forever, thru thick & thin (which would be now)

i see so far a lot of us have similiar tastes when it comes to relevant, winning, successful franchises. Ravens and Steelers would probably be first 2 choices but I love what the Chargers are doing and I live BB because he'll always be a Giant. Rams and Chiefs arent a bad nod either

Won’t ever happen, I am Giants for life, which is sad as things stand today. For my father I root for the 9ers.

Yes, and I know I said the Ravens who had Ray Rice and Ray 'Mo Murder' Lewis I agree it would take ALOT for me to abandon the Giants, like you said blatant racism, condoning abuse of children or women, etc. Right now my time and energy has been focused on The NY Rangers, but if I had to choose another NFL team it'd probably be the Steelers or Bills. I've seen games in both of those cities and the fanbase was great, and the product on the field isn't bad either. I WOULD say Chargers or Rams because I'm a fan of Herbert and Donald, but those uniforms are tough to look at, LOL LOVE the Bone Thugs nod....

I wouldn't know how to root for another franchise. I've been emotionally scarred and internally blessed for life rooting for this ridicules franchise. But for the sake of make believe.
Jacksonville - seems like a franchise totally f**ked up with no chance of success so there's a landing spot for me. And can watch their games in warm weather. Plus you can always get a ticket.
N.E. - I've always had a soft spot for Belichek. But I wouldn't know how to handle such success for so long. But after rooting for the Giants, Mets, and Isles I'd have some sort of breakdown rooting for a team with success like N.E. They've rebuilt in 2 years and as of this writing they have the best record in the AFC after 14 weeks.
Pittsburgh - Mara's in-laws they share grandchildren. But they win continuously and always seem like a tough physical persona of a team. And I like their uniforms.
Chargers - I like every one of their uniforms. And they tease you just enough and then they lose. Their fans constantly live with aggravation which can also cause pain. So they would be in the running. And they have nice warm weather also.
Can't think of anybody else right now.

I tried rooting for TB since I moved here. I even wore a Buc's shirt at a SB party last season. I just didn't care. I am a Giants fan though and through. God help me.

No such thing as changing. Even now living down near Nashville I’ve tried to cheer for the Titans. Just feels fraudulent. I’m stuck. I won’t even stop following or watching, but I will make decisions like yesterday when I knew taking 3 little kids to the zoo was going to be much better for my general mental state than watching that damn game. The alerts on my phone confirmed that to be a solid plan. I have seen the Giants be bad, but I can’t remember them as bad as they are right now.

True fans never jump ship even though it's sinking like the Titanic. You grit your teeth and complain, but you ride out the losses and dysfunction until things hopefully turn around or you go down with the ship.
