Rank these three coaches from Best to Worst 1-3.
Also how do you think these coaches differ from each other?

1. McAdoo - I liked his coal mine upbringing and honest delivery but that got him in trouble. Seemed to have an eye for talent. Made playoffs as rookie head coach. Didn't hold the locker room together well, this guy was far from a politician.
2. Judge - Could be a motivational speaker if he wasn't a coach. Mara hired him to be a CEO/coach, slicker behind a podium than the other guys. Team is pretty disciplined on the field and low in penalties compared to the rest of the league. Team lacks talent on offense to say the least...but offense has regressed since Judge fired former NFL Coach of The Year Jason Garrett.
3. Shurmur - Liked the offense production (he did have Odell and peak Barkley) but I feel like he was hired to be the nice guy 'yes man' with Gettleman after the McAdoo debacle. Supposedly pressured front office to trade up for and draft DeAndre Baker which might have ended up our biggest draft bust in years.

They’re all terrible. McAdoo is the only one who can say he had a winning season under his oversized belt.

Shurmur was the worst. It was clear he had no clue from the first snap of his first year as HC.
So that brings up BM vs JJ; it's like theyre two missing pieces of the same puzzle. BM understood the game well but had no clue how to manage players. The endless debacle of kicking players off the team because they dared to ask ultimately did him in, Judge doesnt demonstrate any particular insight on the game itself, but he's better with people. However he has a major knock on his character now for scapegoating Garrett and a meltdown week 17 presser, because of that I give BM a very slight nod.
I feel we cant talk about this without mentioning Coughlin. His last season here was one bizarre coaching call after another, like the guy had dementia or something. As bad as his successors were, the team had no choice but to move on from him.

I'm not ready to kick Judge to the curb. His slow start can easily be attributed to GM and roster moves. I think he has a chance to be a good HEAD coach--managing the operation. The other two had their strengths--I don't blame them for grabbing the money but both are much better suited as assistant coaches. McAdoo DID plead to trade up for Mahommes. Shurmur did a nice job with Jones his rookie season. Shurmur had backup Lock in position to knock off the Chiefs today, I thought he called a good game. However, big players make big plays in big games and thats what the Chiefs D did at the most critical moment. I remember when NYG made such plays in meaningful games.
