A game they pretty much dominated but typical Giants fashion made it much harder.. 3 missed fgs..fashion...
Some notes 1st drive,Perkins showing how innovative he was for the time motioning out TE Young out wide to take advantage of a missmatch...other than maybe San Diego who did this with their TE in 1981?
What ever happened to Missler?Guy was clutch as hell those last few games and that playoff game.. So nerve wracking...

If Simms is healthy that yr, with that D, we coulda made some noise in the 81' playoffs.

What ever happened to Missler?Guy was clutch as hell those last few games and that playoff game.. So nerve wracking... John Misler aka "Polygrip". Man haven't thought of him in a long time. I remember Danelo missing a FG in OT (or it might have been to end regulation) which was right down the middle at hooked right at the end. Our D that year the last 8 games of the season was dominant. LT was running amok, Beasley Reese was hitting anything that moved, Rob Carpenter running the rock. Fun team.
