Similar to yesterday, I don't know much about these picks but I like both positions and I'm really liking what I hear. 1) A blocking TE who played in a run heavy offense in college, but has the tools to be a dependable receiver. 2) A versatile, hard hitting Safety who seems to have a nose for the ball. Seems like a solid start. sometimes that's a great thing to not have heard about guys. That's how you find those hidden gems. I'd rather be surprised and shocked later at how great they are/can be than to have expectations of what I saw in college or hear about a guy and to only be disappointed!!

Here is the thing Something I predicted,we were going to let the playmakers be dynamic and explosive and the TE will be an extra o lineman that can move the chains/be a red zone target... I keep going back to Jake Ballard...he had the same attributes.... If our outside guys are opening up the entire field we don't need a dynamic TE Look at how Tampa used a kinda past his peak physical prime Gronk and Brate....you play in fear of the weapons those guys will eat you alive steadily moving the chains... Maybe because I'm 100% over match up nightmare TEs that are Overglorified big slot WRs He’s a Y with decent blocking, but in need of coaching to help with that technique. His grade for me, is a why too, as in why in the 4th round? System wise, all teams need a Y …. what do you mean why in the 4th? Do you mean he should have been taken later?

Bellinger? Meh…slow, short lunging tight end that can’t get separation ….scraping some players with some low grades these last few rounds…well, since round 2. But what do I know…trust the process. Where are you getting your information from? He is six-five 250+ ran a 4.63 40.

Yes, I had other tight ends rated higher…but I understand the need for the Y tight end in this system….not sure he’s close to developed as a blocking tight end as he has a lot of technical issues. But….correctable

But….correctable on both espn and nfln they said blocking was his strongest traits and what they primarily used him for also that that's why his stats were not thru the roof. Did average 5 tds per yr though they said

These guys being picked now will be role players most of them some will find their way to bigger Roles.

Watch the film…he is not going to outrun anybody deep, is a brutal route runner and lunges a lot when he blocks. He was a 2 star recruit because he does have nice athletic abilities, and uses leverage when he blocks. He needs to be coached up, even with the blocking…his strength. Tape shows nice hips…again, the tape…entire games…it’s out there. I would have taken him later….unless our scouting believes in his athleticism and can stop his basic block bad in high school…lunging. Sorry to disagree with your analysis

Tons of negative traits….it’s can he play special teams or can we fix enough of that mess to get a functioning player for our system. Belton, as was the tight end, have a lot of things needing to be fixed. I can see Belton being a useful piece in the Martindale system, but like these other picks….believe we reached a bit. Bellinger looks like he can be a coached Y …so in the 4th we reached a bit, IMHO, for a need. Seems we are doing that from round 2 on….

Seems to me we are reaching a bit since round 2 for team needs….and we have a lot. I would have taken BPA and stopped trying to draft lower graded prospects because they play a need. But gotta trust the process…new regime

Each on seem a round early I do like the Robinson pick and Azuedo I think that guard has quick feet and a ton of versatility. Think these guys late are guys that Wink has a plan for these guys I'm sure Flott they had him in. for me I wanted Chanel bad and Booth.

You know what I’m hoping for, other than a center, is a fully healthy NYG team this year!

we're getting up to our picks in the 5th. I'd like Kinnard. Hell, I liked him the last round, and he's still available...

Sorry to disagree with your analysis oh so you did do your homework/review tape? Well if that's your take I can't dispute that and respect it as all I have seen were the highlights they showed on both networks and what the analysis was. So I hope they will be able to clean those things up and but I have confidence that they will be able to. Maybe they had some intel on other teams interest in him and didn't want to risk it. Not sure what other TE's left would have been better to get if not him
