I knew something was up when Wheeler was hurt and Spencer Pulley was about to come in the game. Wow.

I wanted this guy gone last year when Gettleman first took over. Is the cap hit better now than it was before? I know a lot of people were saying he was too much of a cap hit to release at the time.

I'm thinking his attitude is making it impossible to be on the roster to the point they will deal with any cap issues this causes. The fact the line as a whole seems more cohesive as a unit since he was benched is telling

one of the worst O linemen I've ever seen in my life

about 3 years late one of the worst O linemen I've ever seen in my life I agree with this. He also has horrible work ethic did not try to improve at his trade. Arguably the biggest bust in franchise history. Him and Derek Brown are neck and neck in that race.

Trade? I wouldn't give up a box of pop-tarts for him. Hated the pick when it happened, and he did nothing to prove me wrong. Sub-par player with a lousy attitude......don't let the door hit ya on the way out

In addition to being a bad player, he is also a malcontent. Think how much they must hate the guy to throw him out like this with the depth (none) that we have at tackle

He must have expressed his displeasure with sitting on the bench. And so Gettleman expressed his displeasure with him being on the team.

Cedric Jones would like to make his case Butch Woolfolk The Jones one to me was the worst because that was the exact time we knew the game passed Young by These players were still on the board IIR Walter Jones Ray Lewis Terry Glenn But because Young was so stubborn to stick to 1970s value on players he could never think outside the box in the 1st round

This team spent the offseason with Webb as the backup QB and Flowers as the RT. What exactly were they doing in practices that had them keep their jobs up to and through the preseason only to get cut before Fane 2 in Webb’s case and benched after 2 games in Flowers case. Lot of wasted reps and time.

With our luck he will sign somewhere with good coaching and play well. Like at G somewhere. I can see it. Still nice to unload another REese bust.

I wouldn't be surprised if they bring up that kid from the practice squad.
