I see the videos and I understand the excitement. That frame though, he just looks like an injury waiting to happen. He certainly does look like an amazing talent though. Figures the Spurs got him, people should be asking them for lottery numbers at this point.

Victor Wembanyam. VW. 7'4" and only 210 pounds. Thats crazy thin. He is like a spider. But I think he can dunk a basketball without jumping. And he just turned 19.

His style of play fits into the no defense league.. The lanes are highways and the paint is Disney land. He can create his own shot, and his height makes him damn near impossible to guard. Carrying the weight of France and being the next unicorn on those clementine shoulders of his will ultimately wear him down. Those euro leagues are a sprint compared to the marathon the NBA is. It’s a long season and players his height break down coming off the lot.

The guy is going to be a superstar player. There's literally nothing that the guy can't do on a basketball court. He's only 19, so he isn't done growing. Once the guy puts on about 20-25 pounds, he will be unguardable. There's certainly going to be a learning curve, but look out when he fully gets it.

I don’t trust those legs at all. I hope not but knee problems seem like a given. One bad step equals an ACL. Look at Porzingis and he wasn’t that slight.
