2000 Maybe? The yanks and Mets in the World Series. The giants made it to the super bowl. The Knicks lost in the eastern conference finals. Not sure how the rangers did.

Depends on your fan hood. Mets and Giants sported their 2 greatest teams ever IMO. Rangers and Knicks sucked, but that’s standard.

A tossup. (literally)
For Giants and Yankee fans I would say 1956
The Giants won the NFL Championship
The NY Yankees and Brooklyn Dodgers played in the World series. (Yanks won 4 games to 3)
For Jets and Mets and Nicks' fans
1969
Jets won the Super bowl.
Mets won the World Series
Nicks won the NBA championship.

No doubt it’s the ‘00 season.. The subway series fell off the tracks when the Yankees derailed the Mets. The Garden was alive and out of control as the Knicks made history as the first eight seed to make it to the finals. There was no taking it easy on the Eagles as the Giants sent the Vikings to Valhalla before running into a buzzsaw in the superbowl. Even the Devils who are a stone throw away stuck a fork in the stars as they brought home the cup.
That year the big apple took a bite out of the sports world..

The 78 point NY Rangers pulled off Miracle 1 by defeating the 110 point Flyers and then pulled off Miracle II by beating the 107 point Capitals. Patrick Roy beat the Rangers and Beezer in the Championship add in the Giants 1st Super Bowl and the 86 Mets. Quite a year

I think of you’re not old enough to know or remember 86, which I was 11 so I’m no expert but was a huge fan already. Watch NFL network Jersey Guys and Once Upon a Time in Queens. They really paint a picture of what those teams meant to those fan bases.

For me personally it was 1986. My beloved NY Giants won the SB, and my beloved NY Mets won the World Series.
But it has to be 1969. The Jets won the SB, the Mets won the World Series, and the Knicks won the NBA Championship. Beating all 3 Baltimore teams for each Championship.
