I wonder how many chiefs fans are blaming Taylor Swift's possible effect on Travis Kelce as to why he doesn't look the same and the Chiefs definitely don't 🤣🤣🤣🤣...
Could the Giants beat the Chiefs? 🤣🤣 Maybe I should have put red LOL

I think most Chief fans are blaming Kadrius Toney and their lack of good WRs.
I was worried when we traded KT that he would end up as Tyreek Hill 2.0, so much for that thinking..

If anything, KC fans should place the blame where it lies. almost
These 5 players are taking 50% of the team's cap space. Patrick Mahomes Chris Jones Travis Kelce Joe Thuney Justin Reid
All 5 add up to KC's 2023 cap hit of $104,849,447. Or 48.2% of the cap. Add the 10MM in dead cap. It is over 50%.
When the rest of the team is underfunded. The result is what is happening.

First off the backasswardness of our society where entertainers make millions and billions to entertain us. You got that happening when the most important folks in society make waaaaayy less money, the folks who are responsible for the safety and teaching of people just to name a few and so we underpay them but expect them to still go out and do their jobs 1,000 % day in and day out while we show them that we vastly overpay other occupations that matter less. Instead of the wealth being able to be spread waaaay better than it is and in football as well we show that other positions are more important than others. One human being is more important that this one. Yeah yeah yeah that's where we have ****ed up as people right there............ So yeah to your point backasswardness in football as well as society then you get what you get. Sports CEO's want to pay to say they are the best for that year and those in charge thought they had the best way to do things but it's all a cluster****. Shit don't make no sense all the way around the way they do things and come up with supposed solutions with bargainings and such. So yeah it'll continue to be a ****ed up world lmfao.............

But all the “tankers” told me that losing has no effect on players, the locker room or overall culture. All it takes is for someone to throw a pizza/pool party and they’ll be fine the next day.
Only real fans wanted the Giants to finish the season 0-10 so they could move up a couple of draft spots.

Kelce at $15m a year is a steal, better than most WRs at half the cost. Chris Jones you have to pay as well, one of the top DTs. Joe Thuney is making a lot for a OG but they need to protect Mahommes. Justin Reid not even top ten for his position. You missed Juwan Taylor making $20m.
I'm not sure who you don't pay in this group though? It's also hard to argue considering this team, build largely the same last year was that best in the league and won the Super Bowl.

First off the backasswardness of our society where entertainers make millions and billions to entertain us. This is where people are wrong. They are not entertainers, they are salesmen and the product they sell makes billions of dollars is clothing sales and ad revenue from people watching on TV. They aren't paid to play the sport, they're paid to sell the sport.

This the issue when teams get to this point. It creates weak spots in other aspects of the team. The results become less than optimal. Exactly what KC is experiencing.

I do not see it that way. It is the maturation of a team. (the mentality that presides in the league.) They have a stable Distibution of the cap. Then the win. Contracts come up "This guy is a must sign" They pay a select few. A bad move statistically. I will explain: The GM/FO HC/Coaching staff has already proved they can evaluate talent at a high level. Or they would not have won. Yet they allow a clouded ideal on talent to cost ratio circumvent a rational outlook. The result is always the same. A downward slide to mediocracy. The proper move would be to sign and trade. Gain cheaper comparable talent throughout the roster. When you put all your eggs into a basket of the select few. What you get is the Aroon Rodgers effect in GB . A bunch of MVP awards and 1 trophy. No matter what fans and pendants say. It takes 53 to get to and win in February. IMO: there are only a certain few "must sign" Tom Brady, Lawerance Taylor. Jonathan Ogden, Jerry Rice, Ronnie Lott, Deion Sanders, Reggie White. Ray Lewis. If not those calibers of players. You don't pay them big bucks.

They need to find ways to replace guys like Tyreek Hill because they can't pay everyone. Paying Mahommes 23% of their salary limits them. Then they need to protect him and that's big money too. Bottom line without an influx of talented players on rookie deals and smart affordable vets sustained success is not possible in this league.
The Chiefs will be a threat to win it all again though if taken lightly. Same with the Eagles.

KC is really just missing 2 quality WR's. To say their pass catching group (WR's) sucks would be an understatement. I understand Kelce is very strong but the opposing teams double him and the KC passing game is turrible. AND Kelce has been "preoccupied" with outside football matters.

If I was a Chiefs fan, I would not be giving a rats butt. Yeesh, they just won two frickin Lombardi Trophy's in the past 4 years??!!
I would be so over the moon if my Iggles had won last years SB. That would have been 2 titles in 5 years for the only sports team I root for. I'd be in sports heaven. They could go 2-15 and I wouldn't care, as long as they beat Dallas for those 2 wins 😝

Chiefs won the SB last year because they drafted Pacheco in round 7. He was the difference for them last year (once playoffs started). Just for kicks, name me a couple teams who are following your model? I won't point out that they haven't won the SB or whatever...though, I can guarantee they haven't
