Can any team seriously feel good about their chances for getting by KC next season? They're coming back mostly intact. Their division should be a little better with harbaugh coaching chargers, but raiders and broncos no reason to really get behind them unless they somehow get a QB.
Outside their division Bills and Ravens have too much history coming up short in post season, and the one AFC team that beat them, Bengals, have a QB whose coming back from another season on IR, and this time to the wrist on his throwing hand.
Everyone likes Stroud but Texans looked out matched vs Ravens. I think they still have picks from the Browns trade, but they wont be as high given browns made post season too. But maybe browns are now the overall sleeper if they can get deshawn back healthy all season.
Who ever comes out of AFC will most likely be favored in Super Bowl, and I am hoping it's not 9ers again as they always disappoint under Shanny.

Baltimore or SF imo.
Maybe Cincy pulls it together. The Bills can’t seem to play a full game so doubt they will.
Dallas has soooo much to prove and what happened to the Eagles?
Lions? Idk. Nice story this year yet I think the Chiefs would have destroyed them.

They were talking about that the other day as in how he impacted those throws particularly in the 4th qtr. If he is not on that team and wrecked the game like that even not getting the sack necessarily but the forcing Purdy to change trijectory several several times in big big spots, they do not win that game more than likely. The niners played well enough to win but his impact when it came to crucial plays they needed to make where he just outmanned even doubles in some instances to force an errant throw or just off target just a little is something if you don't have a guy like that even though they have others on that line, they probably don't win.... and he is going to demand top dollar especially getting them over the hump to win and the impact in which he did it........

Did same in win over bills when he pushed the left tackle into Allen effecting his throw to an open WR in the end zone in the final minutes. Would have put them up by 4. next play I think was the missed field goal to tie.

Man ole man it's been so long since we've had someone like that on any side of the ball who can consistently do that to impact winning and losing. Maybe we've had a simblance of that but shit the team has been so bad as a whole for so damn long having one of those likely wouldn't have mattered......

After winning a chip they were the hunted.. Everyone wanted to take their shot at the king.. What the other 31 teams didn’t realize was they were the hunter. Most franchises suffer from a Super Bowl hangover. Reaching the pinnacle of the sport there is only one way to go. Instead of letting past accomplishments dictate future success. They stay grounded and took the fight to the league. When the playoffs came around this was the year the mighty will fall.
Miami had revenge on their mind and suffered regret. They were supposed to lose to Buffalo.. And stampeded right out of their own backyard. They had no chance against Baltimore. And killed two birds with one stone. That leaves the San Francisco 49ers.. A team built for the big shots of the league. A deveatating defense with a potent offense. It was a forgone conclusion that the Chiefs reign will end now. Little did anyone know that you never poke a bear.. and you sure as shit don’t challenge the heart of a champion. They took everything the 49ers could dish out. And left sin city with another championship.
Only nine teams in the Super Bowl era could claim they won back to back. With the Super Bowl in the rear view mirror. The Chiefs are aiming to do what no team has ever done. Go for the three peat.. The odds are stacked against them. Father Time, salary cap, and pressure will make sure they don’t make it to the dance. Besides having the world against them.. They have history reminding everyone that no team has reached a third straight Super Bowl. If any team can defeat all odds.. It’s them.

Kelce will be 35 and, unlike wideouts, TEs can still be a factor at that age. Mahomes, Rice and pachecko are all in their 20's. And their defense is young too having been rebuilt mostly thru the draft. Like any team injury may be their worst enemy, unlike this post season when they were the most healthy team overall.

If Aaron Rodgers gets and stays healthy, the Jets are one to consider. They have most their stars still there. Offense and defense is loaded.
Meh who am I kidding. It's the Jets. It won't work out.

The key is to be more than one score ahead with a few minutes left. If not.....Mahomes will beat you.

It won't work out. they’ll screw it up. The Jets are at the gambling table with Rodgers. What are the odds on Rodgers getting hurt? Well, he got hurt. So what are the odds Rodgers gets hurts again is the Jets take? Well, he’ll probably get hurt again. yes, the Jets look really good on paper and the defense looks really good on the field. Receivers look legit, the HB is legit and we know who Rodgers is but . . . the OL is awful and Rodgers holds onto the ball forever. And we’ve seen it, the regular season Rodgers is not the same as the playoff Rodgers. Come the playoffs, the better defenses are lined up and Rodgers doesn’t beat them. Jets are scary but they’ll screw it up.

It won't work out. they have one of the worst coaches in football, doesnt matter what kind of roster they have. They'd need to fire him mid season And hope it has some kind of rebound effect on the players to even make the post season

I think that either Cincinnati or Baltimore can take them out. There will be no three-peat.

My Iggles almost had them last years SB. Put up 35 points on them and still lost. UGGHH!!
I'm rooting for the Bengals to take the Chiefs out next season.

Chiefs so smart making this move. Guy was outstanding in college and preseason with bills. Can't believe no other team pursued him. Best teams have best front offices ...period.
