JJ’s performance at the combine was described as outstanding by analysts. He showed he could make every throw.
They showed Milton could throw bombs - but did say he has improved his touch. He’s been working on that for six years.
McCarthy was also described as the most pro ready quarterback by analysts.

I also remember when Baker Mayfield was a 3rd round Johnny Football clone ....what a horrible comp that was From trading back into the first round to possibly get JJ to now possibly trading up from the 6 pick to get him

I thought McCarthy was ok, not spectacular today. none of the QBs in group 1 really wowed me. Milton was more accurate and showed more touch then I was expecting.

This is gonna be interesting.

Thats all it takes for a guy with that type of arm he will be moving up some for far who knows with McCarthy showing up at 219 and showing he has no limitations with his arm strength there will be 4 legit prospects

McCarthy missed a bunch of passes and the people on TV just ignored it and praised him the whole time. His arm looked pretty strong, and looked like he put on some weight. I guess it was exciting to have a QB to throw, when the rest of the QBs sat out and Jayden Daniels was too scared to step on the scale and get measured. JJ was throwing to receivers he wasn't really familiar with so don't put a whole lot of stock into the missed passes...maybe he just didn't have the timing down with the receivers.

QBs get pushed up boards.

Think as far as yesterday went for him he looked rusty there is no defense timing needs to be good and getting the ball to the spot accurately he missed some.
Thought the second group through better than the first.
