Baker has all the ingredients of being a good quarterback.. Toughness.. Take the pads and eye paint off. And he looks like a fan playing with monsters. Competitor.. Played with seven different head coaches. And countless offensive coordinators. And has survived to tell the tale.
Leader of men.. His teammates will run to war with him. As he’s front and center of the bloodshed.. There’s no bullshit with him.. He plays the game right out of the backyard. Making plays and having a hell of a time doing it. A player once left for dead.. Has now resurrected his career.

good for him, he earned it. Personally, I'm not a Bucs fan, and hope that they drop like a stone, but that has nothing to do with him...

Deal feels pretty much in market for this kind of QB.

Deal feels pretty much in market for this kind of QB. 30 mil each of the first 2 years 33 mil the 3rd year I believe. 30 mil a year right in the middle of the pack for starting QB's. 50 mil guaranteed a good deal for both Baker and the Bucs. Plus Evans is now happy he has his money and his QB is back. Plus they tagged their all star CB Winfield. They will compete for the NFC South. |

It's Tannehill/Smith middle of the pack type money, seems right. |
