Problem now is Minny has more ammo than we do. We are screwed. no they don’t. Anybody trading back starts likely at #4 or #5 and the Giants are at #6

And Minny has 11 & 23
That is a really nice pair of picks if passing on QB
6 is 1600 points on the value chart
11 & 23 is 2,010 points

Sure? the Giants have to add more. Could cost the their #1 pick in 2025. this is the value and cost of the draft slot. #6 is 1600 and # 47 is 430 points. = 2030

Just watched JJ McCarthy's combine workout and maybe it was an off day for him. Must be raising on boards more from the scout tape study than that workout.
I get it...maybe he's not familiar with the receivers or have the timing down...but some QBs were still sharp like DJ was in 2019 at the combine...and compared to DJ he looks small.
I think Lock not McCarthy is DJ insurance this year from injury or a bad start.

Great, that means we should have our choice between Odunze or Nabers. It could even mean that Marvin Harrison jr would be available. If a team like the chargers prioritises Joe Alt over a weapon

Great, that means we should have our choice between Odunze or Nabers. Cut it out Daniel. Like I said before you have to be Daniel Jones or his girlfriend. Nobody would be posting ****ing senior bowl highlights from years ago unless they were Daniel himself or one of his people. Lol how the hell does anyone become a Daniel Jones Stan in the first place?

I wonder what that means for us, will that increase price if we want to trade up, increase the likelihood we just stay put and take BPA available, or are we able to trade down with a team that’s willing to give us a big haul? LOL, he is going out on a limb..................

LOL, he is going out on a limb.................. As of not too long ago, you thought the Giants weren’t taking a QB at 6. Its pretty obvious that the Cardinals and Chargers aren’t going QB at 4 and 5, respectively. So, to you, I would think that the proclamation that 4 out of top 6 picks being a QB should be pretty big news for you.

I still don't think and IOMO the Giants are not taking a QB at 6 , so what's your point ? Every click bait pretend wanna be has said the Top 5 picks will be 4 qb's and 1 WR , now to who and where they go is the question. Again not a big risk making the prediction. I still think some team will pay us for the #6 . You go BPA regardless of the position.

Great, that means we should have our choice between Odunze or Nabers. or Harrison Jr. Rumors are saying some teams have Harrison at the number 2 or even 3 guy. Would I take odunze over Harrison? Probably not but I would think about it

I'm not going to pretend I know if there are any and I think you will be incorrect about a starting oline tackle at 11 or later in the 1st not being a plug in starter out of the gate. I would like to see the 2nd round pick be ready to start and make a solid impact so I'm with you wanting both of the picks 11 and 23 to be starters out of the gate. We have an example of the 6th pick not being a solid contributor even in year 2 so it's a gamble. A failure of a 6th pick 5 years ago has absolutely nothing to do with the possible negative results of a 6th pick this season QB or another position. Every pick is a gamble. Do your due diligence and pick the BPA to help your team. Sometimes it works sometimes it don’t but it has zero relation to the results of previous pick in similar spots in the draft. Isn't this what I have been saying? It's the other fan who's worrying if they drop back then they wont get a solid contributor.

Teams reach for QBs all the time. Even when there isn’t much talent. Considering this seems to be one of the better QB classes in recent memory it shouldn’t surprise anyone if Jeremiah ends up being correct.
I’m a big fan of McCarthy, Maye, and Daniels, but if we have to trade up to get them I’d rather hold off and trade back for Bo Nix. Bo’s ceiling may not be as high, but his floor is and I think he could be a great fit for Dabs’ offense.

Jeremiah, has his New Mock Draft #3 on NFL.com. He has Vikings trading with Arizona and taking McCarthy. Then he has the JETS trading with the Chargers and taking Harrison jr. I would be surprise if the Chargers would bypass Harrison jr. Herbert may have a say in that decision.
Giants at #6 takes Nabers.

If true it means trading down will leave us a richer pool of talent (outside of QB) and an extra pick or two.

They are others are desperate. Giants actually are too yet don’t control their destiny like the top 3. Thanks goodness those 5 interceptions were barely enough to beat Washington and NE, my gosh what an awful game.
