If I had to pick which one makes me happier, I'm going with the Peart to Broncos signing.

Darnay Holmes…they resigned? No, he was squatting at the facility so the state forced the Giants to let him stay.

If I had to pick which one makes me happier, I'm going with the Peart to Broncos signing. Out of all the FA singing. I have to agree with Strahan. Runyan Jr, His father the preputial Philidelphia Eagle now has to root for The Giants. That is satisfaction personified.

Never understood the Giants infatuation with OL from UConn. I liked Will Beatty. Me too, he 1 was 1 of the best LTs we have had in the past 40yrs. Sucks he couldn't avoid freak injuries, or else he would have had a much better-longer career

Peart showed flashes during Camp and Preseason but when called upon during Regular Season games...HORRIBLE!
as for Holmes I don't mind it, I'm sure it didn't cost much to bring him back, he does have some experience

If I had to pick which one makes me happier, I'm going with the Peart to Broncos signing. Thought Holmes was making a difference on special teams last year and can help in sub packages on the defense. Peart needed a new address maybe he has a chance he has the size and length for the position drafting guys from smaller football programs is a gamble sometimes it takes more time than the team that drafted them have.

Looking at Bowens' defense in Tennessee, Holmes is a much better fit for it than he was in Wink's more man heavy defense. Plus his solid tackling ability will be a benefit. Don't be surprised if Holmes is once again the starting inside in 2024 and Flott is moved to outside corner. Still think Holmes best role is the hybrid nickel/safety/corner you are seeing more of around the league in zone match concepts. Similar to what Branch does in Detroit. Holmes won't be mistaken as a star or difference maker. But he can be a serviceable pro if allowed to do what he does well and not forced into doing things he doesn't do well. Last two seasons he has be asked to carry speedy slot guys on longer concept routes, he sucks at that, and then we complain he sucks because he is constantly asked to perform at what he is least skilled at. Less of a problem if we can get any pass rush. But despite all the extra pressure and blitzing, the Giants pressure rate wasn't good.

This I agree with every bit of it he proved to era good teams guy last year and I believe what you believe for me more in the sub package think he can play a bigger role and be productive, we shouldn't sleep on McCloud getting more action in the slot and or outside he has been good when he is called upon.
