As they say there is a lot of meat on the bone with JJ eyebrow the bone was clean he was what he was. The impressive thing with those games we know what OSU is and was they are good but Wisconsin had Jim Leonard running there D a Rex Ryan disciple they were one of the better defenses in the country running a Wink type of D he had no issue with it. Kid is young and he has something it is up to the NFL people to figure it out will he get over drafted yes but so will Daniels and Maye and almost anyone not named Caleb that plays QB, unless your name is Rattler he will get under drafted and is probably is one of the best bets of the second tier QBs. I'm a second chance kind of guy especially when everything fans are worried about happened in High school and his freshman year. I heard him discuss that on one of the draft shows a few weeks ago. Sounds like he's grown a lot since those incidents (who doesn't say/do dumb things when you're 17/18!!). I'd be ok if we took him as a day 3 prospect, along with the kid from Florida State (he was playing great last seaon before breaking his leg), Pratt or Milton. Yea I have been researching the best I can with him he has some really special arm talent as far as off platform challenging the whole field touch he is not athletic as people think but he does escape and create. A lot of QB guys think he is second to only Williams as far as arm talent goes.

Mike I think the Cards are going to get calls from Minny and Denver, possibly even us and Vegas. Thank you Mike I should have said OT's instead of LT's. But 7 OT's is quite possible. I think Alt and Fashanu go in the top 10. Fuaga, Fautanu, Lathum, Mims, and Guyton are all almost certainly going in the 1st rd. Barton also more than likely. Sumatia and Morgan have a real shot as a 1st rd pick imo. Paul has an outside chance of being a 1st rd pick also I believe. I think it's going to be wild. 3 positions (QB, OT, WR) at least half of the first 32 picks. I think the Cards for sure are getting those calls, but is a team willing to trade up and give up that many picks for QB4? I'm not sure. If I'm Minnesota I try to have a deal with the Chargers in place and if no one trades with the Cards I move to 5. Just my thought though.
You've created an interesting over/under. 16 QB/OT/WR go in round 1? I'll take the under (4 QBs, 6 WRs, 5 OTs) but I am not very confident in that lol.

this all doesnt matter because the NYGs are not picking JJ at 6 and it would be ludicrous to trade up for him. They will go WR at 6 or trade down. This is based on your attendance at the Giants' pre-draft meetings I suppose?

Banter and “analysis” based on 2000 mock drafts posted by random Joes and spreadsheets.
The draft can’t get here soon enough.

But #11 through #13 are thinking QB's. Minny, Den., and L.V. I think at least 2 of those teams go QB. That's 5 QB's in the first 13. I don't think 4 QB's ever went in the top 10. I believe Rosen was #11. And that year 5 QB's did go in the 1st rd with the Ravens coming back in for Jackson at pick #32. This 1st rd is going to be wild imo not only 5 QB's but 7 or more LT's, my guess possibly as many as 8 or 9. Plus at least 5 or 6 WR's. 3 positions dominating over half of the 1st rd. This 1st rd of the draft "All Gas - No Brakes". Plus I think a record number of 1st rd trades. I'm not saying JJ will definitely fall to 11, but unless someone trades up he will. I'm just not sure that the Vikings will (or should) trade the farm to move up to 4 to get him. If the Cardinals are asking that much it might not be worth it since they can move up to 7 and most likely get him. Maybe the Chargers at 5 want less. Just seems the Cards are a bad trade option right now, but teams seem to be looking to move up.
I don't think 7 or more LTs go in round 1, not even a chance. Fashanu and Alt for sure. Mims, Latham and Fuaga are RTs. I don't think any other OTs are for sure going in round 1.
I can't wait for this draft though. Stud WR is going to be there at 6 for sure.

Sorry, it was Nebraska not Wisconsin. Your take is ridiculous, not you. I actually think some of the information you’re able to provide the MB is cool and useful, but this take is just bad. It’s absolutely incorrect. Nothing about either players game resembles the other. Literally nothing. Statistics in a vacuum are worthless. If they weren't, Daniel Wuerffel would've been the greatest NFL QB in history.

I also have the feeling that we won’t move up for JJ, which means to me that we probably would also not take him if he is there at 6 (under the theory that if you like a QB enough to take at 6, you should be willing to move up and get him). Maybe that’s the trade-down scenario that Schoen is getting calls about. Could be a decent market if JJ is there at 6 and he’s not the Giants’ guy. If they do that, they better be right….

Wouldn’t sleep on Jets for JJ, Rodgers can’t go on forever the media buzz would be very entertaining were we to trade down with the Jets and they took JJ...

Wouldn’t sleep on Jets for JJ, Rodgers can’t go on forever No way Rodgers allows the Jets to take a QB in the first round. He'd lose his shit.

I think that anyone who thinks that the Giants are not interested in JJ is being naive. A huge Giants contingent left their families on Easter weekend and went to Ann Arbor to have a 3 hour dinner with JJ on Saturday night and to put him through a workout on Easter day.
They are quite obviously interested.
Will they draft him if he is there at 6? Would they move up to take him?
I have no clue.
