www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000935960/article/eli-manning-loves-getting-to-throw-downfield-moreLooks like Eli might be having some fun with the new system and the shiny new toys. My Favorite quote from the whole thing: Upgrades to the offensive line should aid that endeavor. One player Manning specifically mentioned is second-round guard Will Hernandez, who brings a feistiness to Big Blue's interior. "Will Hernandez has already been in five fights," Manning said. "I love it." I know it's only camp, but hearing things like that are actually getting me excited for the season!

I read an article that said eli would be able to throw the ball downfield more this season. I need to find it. I think it was from ESPN.

Eli is a company man all the way.
Anything is better than McAdoo-doo.

Mcadoo got away from that last season How could McAdoo get away from that, when the O line couldn't pass protect for more that 2 seconds for most of the season? It was time for McAdoo to move on, but come on man, be fair and accurate with criticism.

Eli's strength is getting the big play down field. Mcadoo got away from that last season I think he got away with it as soon as he became HC. Eli probably expected more of the same from 2014-2015 when they hired Mac and didn't think Mac was going to erase all of TC's offensive philosophy and implement just a petty HS formation base offense 90% of the time.

Well I'm glad that Eli seems to be enjoying this offense. If I remember correctly Eli was pretty successful the first 2 years in McAdoos offense But TC was still HC then. When McAdoo became HC the offense didn't work for a number of reasons.
But maybe this offense is more creative plus an upgrade of talent can lead to a explosive offense this year. Eli will be just fine in the offense.

It seemed to me like Ben Mcadoo's offense was simply our best Vs your best, as a lot of our guys are matchup nightmares. But with injuries and a terrible offensive line, our WRs couldnt get separation in the two seconds that Eli had to throw it.
I truly expected a more dynamic and unpredictable offense out of Mcadoo. I am hopeful that Shurmur will be more creative, especially with two TE sets.
