6’6 210 18 years old. Can we petition the NFL to let us draft him? Dude is ridiculously good.

He could very well be on our radar in a couple years. I could see us continuing to address the OL and Front 7 next off-season and going after our QB in 2020. Especially if Herbert ends up staying in school.

It appears you guys don't watch a lot of college football; How about Kyler Murray (Jr) of OK 25 TD, 2000 yds 3 int so far this year 72% completion rate.. He is on track to eclipse Baker Mayfield's records. Not to mention 400 + rushing yards..
Then we have Jake Fromm who is having a good year, not as gaudy as KM but was money today vs Florida completed passes when he had to. Threw the deciding TD
Aaand don't forget Mckenzie Milton for UCF who is having a decent but not off the hook year like he had last year. Then there is Will Grier from WV who is having an awesome year...
So there there are plenty of choices besides Herbert, amusing to see posters here locking on to one or two guys thinking that he is the next Giants qb messiah

99/148 - 67% completion rate 13 TD 4 int not including todays' total - good season. And completed passes when it was needed in crucial spots. Georgia is in contention for the national title and Oregon is not. Your definition is different from mine in terms of what is considered good. Career it is 280/439 64 % completion 4024 total yards..
Since you ignore my main point it is; there are other qbs besides Herbert that may fit the bill. May not be Fromm but he is in the mix of qbs that the Giants could consider..
Aaaand the season is not over - yet he may have better games (or worse).. You were bothered by my remark eh?

Maybe it is you who should watch some college football Fromm really has had only one poor game against LSU. He certainly has had more good games during his college career than bad ones. He is better than Herbert and Grier for sure.

Have a good evening TCHOF You accused everyone else of not watching a lot of college football and then you make a false statement about Fromm having a “good season”. What exactly is your “bigger” point? I kinda agree that Fromm is having a good season. He had a bad game vs LSU. In fact, Georgia had a bad game vs LSU. To me, Fromm is going to be one of the best in 2020. Tua has been killing it but hasnt really played anyone. They play LSU this weekend. Plus, he has the best supporting cast around him. Stats get over glorified in college. Everything Ive seen on these kids tell me Fromm will be a good NFL QB one day. If you watch that Georgia - Florida game, Fromm threw some passes that were perfectly thrown. In fact, all 3 of his TD passes were amazing throws. And I dont think Herbert will be that good. Its still a long way away from 2020 though.

Hard to say that he has had a “good season” when he shit the bed in the biggest game of the season.
