He are 3 I would target where the Giants are picking 8th
Not in any particular order
Ed Oliver DT Houston a superb up the gut pass rusher. Has speed to run the ball carrier down Can take on double-teams and still get to the Ball carrier
Clelin Ferrell DE Clemson 10.5 sacks this season . Need I say more
Derrick Brown NT, Auburn 5 sacks from an NT ( no brainer)

I typically dont like that idea but Im sure if the talent warrants it, I live with that. AZ drafted quite a few DLineman with high draft picks with Betchers attacking style so it probably makes sense. I was thinking more EDGE, or OT for 1st round. Still super early and teams big-board's are likely to change drastically between now and Draft but those positions I will be keeping an extra close eye on.

I like a NT or an edge rusher (Clelin Ferrell). We do need up the gut pressure also. I would also like a RT ( Jonah Williams ) I doubt he is there when we pick.

I agree 10000%. We need a LB coming off the edge again w reckless abandon. I’m hoping this young corner who cost us a 3rd steps up big time, and we land an actual FS. The only missing piece is a beast edge rusher.

I think Deionte Thompson from Alabama would be in play also. He is a game changer at safety.

This performance by Quinnen Williams is up there with the best 1st half’s I’ve seen from an interior prospect. He is wrecking that OU line by himself.

Unfortunately, I believe the Giants will be within striking distance of picking up one of these touted passrushers which just as big of a need, if not more. NYG need 1 FS...they need atleast 2 passrushers coming out of this offseason....IMO, of course.

I Doubt he will be there @ 8 when we pick. If he is pull the trigger.

Also a dirty hit on the QB I mean that was a clothes line he should have been ejected. I guess when your a cry baby like Saban the officials are reluctant to make the correct calls.

I have been wondering about rashon Gary to replace Mauro. Come in for Tomlinson on pass rush downs.

Honestly I think my favorite defensive player in the draft has to be OLB Josh Allen from Kentucky. He can rush the passer, stuff the run, and even handle some light coverage duties. If we dont go Jonah Williams, I want Allen

He is a really good FS that can absolutley play the centerfield 1 high safety role but we have more pressing needs

IF given a choice between interior linemen, I go with the kid from Bama before Auburn. Obviously pass rusher is a need and corner!! Kid from LSU Greedy Williams is really solid.

Quininen Williams(If he falls) DT (Power bull rush and excellent pass rush moves) 2. Josh Allen OLB( Do it all LB.) 3. Ed Oliver DT( Violent Hands very good interior pass rusher.) 4.Jawaan Taylor LT/RT( Looked very good against top competition. (Great at run blocking and above average pass protector great measurables 6'5 330lbs.) I think we should be focusing on these 4 players with the 6th Overall pick.

Who is the kid from Lousiana Lafayette? My take is this. Seems after the first tier of absolute blue chippers that there is a large group of players on the defensive side of the ball(think Bosa,Allen,Q William's and Oliver as of now)in that next group where the value is great and probably day one impact starters right through the end of the 1st round(and add in possible O line value, except Little...Flowers 3.0) Let's say Haskins goes 1 like he probably does and the next 4 players come off the board that are the top front 7 guys I listed and Gettleman/Shurmer think the guys next year are much better and try to get future picks, Trade back, hell,go back as far as Miami because that not only guarantees their 2020 first but probably a top 10 pick Get their 2md this year as well, Get the kid from Lousiana Lafayette (of course I'm playing this as he is a late riser,he could legit end up a top 5 stud and we would have a chance for him there ,as this is what I'm guaging a trade back on) with Miami's 1st 2 2nd round picks for BPA defense (going on the assumption we got one of the RTs in FA and brought back Brown Then all the mid round picks for O line and more defense...
