Isnt he weighing in at around 270, I could have sworn I heard that, yet upon looking on nfl.com he is coming in at 287, which is enough in my eyes for a 3-4 DE. Ideally Im looking around 300, but 287 aint too far off

Donald is probably right around that and he's arguably the best player on defense in the NFL. Are the rams are 3-4 or 4-3? I can't remember, but I do think Donald has played in a 3-4 and done well. I agree that I'd ideally want 290-300ish but I mean when you have talent like that it would he hard to pass on. If he is even Aaron Donald-lite that is a monster especially with improved guys around him

here are the official numbers still impressive: draftanalyst.com/pro-day-report-houston"the “official numbers” for Oliver included 4.73 seconds in the 40, 4.22 seconds in the short shuttle and 7.15 seconds in the three-cone."

That being said, The Rams play a 4-3 and hes a 3 tech, but he could play DE in a 3-4 but wouldnt have the numbers. He would be excellent but wouldnt put up the same numbers he does now. Im not against Oliver at 6, but Id prefer QW

Dude looked like he just teleported through the OL it was so fast lol I could have sworn they were a 3-4 or he has played in a 3-4 at some point in the league which is why I have been so high on Oliver even though the size isn't necessarily "ideal". Oliver/Tomlinson/Hill would be a really talented, young core to the DL.

Where do we realistically think these guys will be available?
#6: Q. Williams/Bosa/Allen? Probably not, but if they are you take em, right?
Oliver/Gary?
#17: Sweat/Wilkins/Ferrel?
#37: Burns/Polite
3-7: ?
Am I close, forgetting people? Wrong available spots...

If we don't go Haskins (or another QB... not saying that's what I'd do but I'd understand it if they did) I'd hope for White or Ed Oliver at 6 maybe an OT I would love Brian Burns at 17th (I don't think he lasts until the 2nd. Might go top 10 honestly). Dude is a stud. I could see something somewhat realistically like Oliver, Burns, and OT/WR in the second

at 17 Id put Devin Bush and Christian Wilkins into play
at 37 id throw Mack Wilson and Chase Winovich in there as well
As for 3-7. Im intrigued by Edge; Oshane Ximines, Jaylon Ferguson, Charles Omenihu, Shareef Miller, Jalen Jelks, Carl Granderson, Sutton Smith,
DL; Jerry Tillery, Corbin Kafusi, Greg Gaines, Ed Alexander
LB; TJ Edwards, Sione Takitaki, Jahlani Tavai

I’ll look into the other guys. I omitted bush and Wilson only because I see them more as true lbs rather than edge rushers. Seems like it’s a no brainer to go DE, LB at 6/17 either order. If you love a RT then there’s still some solid guys at 37.

Even better kase.
It’d be awesome to double up at both levels, snag a RT and some DB depth.

I hear some people absolutely love him and think he could be the best tackle in the long run. I need to watch him and this Tytus Howard that have a lot of buzz. Sounds like an upgrade at RT should be very doable on day one or two

Hot take here but I legitimately think Brian Burns could end up being the best pass rusher out of this draft class. So many things watching him just scream special to me.
