Whats going on with the current RB's ? I heard Vareen signed with the saints. Perkins ? Darkwa? Gallman?

I believe it's Barkley, Stewart, Gallman and a couple of camp scrubs.
I wouldn't be surprised if Stewart takes the first snaps at RB.

I think I read that Stewart underwhelmed in the OTAs looking like a guy who has had too many carries in the NFL. Sluggish heavy legs etc. Whoever the group is will be an upgrade from last year so I am excited to see them. |

I think our RBs will be fine. It is the guys in front of them that need to allow the Backs to do their job.

In the final 53 we should be down to Barkley, Stewart and Gallman. We might add one to the practice squad.

I think our RBs will be fine. It is the guys in front of them that need allow the Backs to do their job. With the running game threat there,it should help the oline a lot. The giants will become much less predictable. The player I am more concerned about is engrham. Can he block well enough? He is going to be asked to do that a lot more. I still say move him to wr but that's just me. Play someone to their strength not a weakness. Ellison I'm sure will get a lot of playing time as shumurs offense does not use 3 wr nearly as much as macdoos. |

Agree probably an upgrade over the last 4-5 years, think Barkely and Gallmen might be a nice combo Gallmen ran hard last year with good pad level and came in this year at 220 15 pounds bigger then last year. |

Even if the 2 UDFAs light it up in the preseason it will probably be in "garbage time"so if they like what they see they can easily be stashed on the practice squad. Save the roster spot for the usual 4tg back for someone else |
