Watch Halapaio on that series. He almost got caught on the second play, but he did enough to slow his man. He is the real deal!!!

i guess we now know who was the cause of those short passes on 3rd downs and check downs. jones was throwing the midrange stuff nicely. It is really simple. Jones deserves credit for looking good and Eli deserves criticism for not. Regardless of what happens next, we all know who is starting week 1. He wears #10.

I've been wanting a new QB for years now. I just don't see them pulling that trigger, regardless of what happens this preseason.

I like what Banks said about him. He’s only about 3 things. Family, football and working out.

I think I peed my pants watching DJ play there.
He checked a bunch of boxes for me on 1 drive.
Hope they play the rest of this game.

It can't and it won't. People keep forgetting that DJ is Gettleman's and Shurmur's QB while Eli was Accorsi's.
If Jones plays like this there is no way they can possibly keep him on the bench.
We've heard throughout camp that Daniel looks downfield more than Eli and that's exactly what we saw in those two drives.

He sucks, Connelly has to start. It's never too early in the season for the hot takes to start The hot takers now will find new and more ignorant ways to slander Dave Gettlemen lol

roosy many fell for the eli crowds excuses and so did a lot of other fans. mcadoo was right in 17 . its just that fans didnt want to hear the truth. now tonight hopefully it wakes up sth's that jones can bring that spark to the offense. And they dont send angry letters and emails to mara.
