I'm happy to bet again next year. You and I believe one pipsqueeky media pointy head feel this strongly. But take heart, I'm sure there's a ton of casual fans that buy that rap. You said significantly better than he ever did with Manning. Since this year's gentleman's bet was over before it started, let's make it interesting. How about $10K? Do you accept paypal? I just don't take Discover.

no i made it up , no one feels like eli should finish the season even if jones could go, just dont ask elis goat . lets be fair , ill make a poll, tomorrow and if you guys dont bury it in the eli section we can see how many would prefer it or not. Well...your new here, so you may not know a lot of history. There was this total ****ing moron named Harooni...total loser who knew nothing about football but was totally obsessed with Eli. Anyway, this Jackass Harooni would make polls about Eli and they would always end up showing exactly the opposite of what he thought they would. I think what would trip him up was that he would read some post by some guy on the internet, and then claim that that's how everyone feels...****ing idiot, right? Anyway, good luck with your poll. You know what's interesting? In that link to the Facebook with that clip from Giants.com there was a guy in the comments with the user name Harooni. Funny huh?

In fairness to Jonesey, he's new so he obviously doesn't know the guy and he definitely will not be putting 10k where his keyboard is.

Sam Beal has played very well Beal is only his 3rd NFL game he has played hard and his coverage has improved through out his tackling has been really good today.

Stop defending him. It's bad form or something. lol... That said, Jacobs owns two of my top 5 NY Giants runs of all time. 1. Absolutely obliterating Landry 2. Setting the tone of the NFCC game vs the Packers when he made Woodson shit his pants in fear just before lowering the boom. I was at both games the Woodson one in the championship game. I was in the corner of the end zone and you could here it back there great trip to Lambo.

If we add a good corner like Jones in free agency and sign a linebacker like Schobert and sign Clowney, AND draft Young. This defense will be decent.

Hopefully they can all put together a strong finish. Beal was very active in the run game and Baker was tough as well in both the pass and run. I feel for ballentine he doesn't look comfortable in the slot think they need to find a legit slot corner.

One other thing to think about is Love has played slot at a high level in college. Has logged some snaps there since they have gotten him on the field. As you can tell I'm a glass half full kind of guy I look for positives.

Contrary to popular opinion I'm sure DG and Shurmur have a list as long as their arm of negatives and what needs to be fixed. It started this week with the release of Jenkens.

There is talent in every round in the draft it is up to the GM to find it he has done alright so far if were in the top 5 or top 10 they will get some real solid talent. Would love to have chase young but if it's not to be it's not to be.

I'm willing to bet Love becomes a real standout, and Beal is another one who likes to tackle! In this NFL there is way too much speed on the field to have diva corners who shun tackling.

Eli plays an emotional game and the players around him rally. More hope than proof. But the loss is what we need. A loss puts us no lower than 3rd in the draft. This game isn't as important as a loss next week to the skins. The skins will pick Young in front of us. We need to pick ahead of the skins. We could win this game as long as we lose next week. Cinnci and Miami go QB's. Imagine Young destroying Jones twice a year. Uggghh Yea for a decade or so.

Well even if he does we can get the other supposed phenom in this draft the OT Thomas, or a bunch of picks by trading back. Still would want that spot and these players have been known to change their minds.

Your dream first-round pick sounds like he’s still very much in play. Chase Young, the monster defensive end from Ohio State most believe is the best prospect in the country, told TMZ Sports Friday night “the plan” is for him to return to school for his senior year. But Saturday night in the Heisman Trophy pre-ceremony press availability, Young backed off that comment. He said there is no plan at the moment for next year. “That moment was just a real spontaneous moment. It caught me off guard,” Young said. “I’m not even really worried about anything in the future. I’m just worried about beating Clemson right now.”He made similar comments on Friday during the day, repeatedly saying he wasn’t thinking about the NFL yet, though Young did say the idea of teams positioning themselves to draft him is “motivation.” Young is focused on the College Football Playoff and Clemson, the Buckeyes’ semifinal opponent on Dec. 28 in the Fiesta Bowl. When asked if returning to school is an option, Young said: “I just got to talk about it with my family and just pray. I feel like God will tell me the answer.”The 6-foot-5, 265-pound defensive end led the nation with 16.5 sacks and racked up 21 tackles for loss, three passes defensed and six forced fumbles despite being suspended two games for an NCAA rules violation for allegedly accepting a loan from a family friend. He’s been the apple of Giants’ fans eye for a while, the potential one bright spot in this disastrous season. After a brief scare, he remains a very realistic option.nypost.com/2019/12/14/chase-youngs-nfl-draft-plan-could-be-giants-nightmare/
