According to Dan Shea and Colin Cowherd:
Dan Shea @dansheanfl
Sources have told me and @nflmocks that the New York Giants have selected Jason Garrett to be their offensive coordinator for next season.
Was told that Joe Judge “got his guy”. #Giants
Dan Shea @dansheanfl
Me and @colincowherd have the same sourcehttps://twitter.com/colincowherd/status/1218000933709238272 … Colin Cowherd ✔ @colincowherd
Congrats to a very good friend today who got a great new job. I can’t say who it is or what the job is. Sort of ruins the tweet. But congrats to a person who I like that is crushing it. #BadTweet 2 8:59 PM - Jan 16, 2020 Twitter Ads info and privacy

I think this is pretty much what everyone suspected was going to happen.

I can't say I am thrilled about this.
But I'm not surprised. Everybody likes him as a person, and I'm sure he does great in an interview.

My concern is some of the stupid play-calling at critical junctures that was done in dallas. But yeah I will get behind him as well. Will he be our backup QB too?

Maybe it is premature. (hoping!)

This is a good hire. What he did as a head coach in Dallas has nothing to do with his position here. Also, the man had to work under a dictator for an owner for 12 years (OC and head coach) that alone deserves a Medal of Honor.
He’s respected in the NFL circles, has played the game, and now can focus solely on the offensive side of the ball. Instead as a head coach with the whole team. Now Judge has a coach who has plenty of experience by his side.

I had a feeling this was going to happen. I don't really like it and I don't really hate it. This will be a basic pocket QB offense. Get the film out on Dallas and that's us in 2020.

I think it would be a good fit. The guy may have his problems as a HC (although I'm sure he'll get another HC job at some point). but he's a good football coach and a smart guy. Hard to judge a coach who works under Jerry Jones. That's a tough gig.

That would be ironic if Lineham nudges out Garett as OC.

He's fine physically now, but he's very anxious on his walks now. He paces back and forth in front of us like he's trying to protect us and whines a lot.

He did fantastic work with Romo from the day he arrived in Dallas as the OC. He also did very good work with Dak. If he can make those two into Pro Bowl QBs he should do wonders with Jones. Dallas also had some fantastic offensive years with Garrett as the OC. He certainly likes to push the ball down the field which should be great for Slayton and Jones. Staytons speed and Jones fantastic deep ball will be fun to watch. He also loves to use the RBs in the passing game.
This could be very good. Cautiously optimistic.

Cowherd doesn't refer to Garrett at all in his post.
I need to hear this from Shefty.

I do think Kitchens would have been received terribly by the fans so there's that

I do think Kitchens would have been received terribly by the fans so there's that I've heard of Judge Judy, but I never watched it. Is this the kind of cases she handles? It's a $400 vet bill, so I'm not sure it would be worth their time or mine. As far as the owner goes, she is denying the whole thing even happened. She lives in NC with the dog and was visiting her daughter down here in FL over the holidays when it happened. She left for home the day after the incident. We have several witnesses so she would lose. I just don't know if it's worth the headache.
