Haven't heard much about Beasley this off-season. In terms of getting the most bang for your buck, Beasley is quickly becoming my favorite pass rusher in this year's FA pool.
Beasley has been forced to play DE in a 4-3 scheme. He's shown promise in spurts, notching 15.5 sacks in 2016, but he's better suited to play OLB in a 3-4. Square peg, round hole situation.
Everything I've read about Graham's defense leads me to believe he'll have varied fronts, but his base is more of a 3-4. If we lock down our own FA's, and bring back players like Williams, Golden, and Tomlinson (lock him down early), I think a player like Beasley could be a great addition.
Won't cost much, and I believe there's a ton of upside if we allow him to play standing up. He's also a good character guy.......I won't be surprised if he ends up in blue.

Him and Fowler are my 2 targets for a bang for buck solution for outside pass rusher type Both were badly miscast as 4/3 DEs.. I agree with everything here..

Id sign him and clowney to 1 year show me deals probably We need continuity, in my opinion. Beasley is still young, and has plenty of upside. Knowing he's going to be relatively cheap, sign him to a 3-4 year deal. Structure it so you can get out after 2, if things don't pan out. I'm not opposed to signing Clowney, but let's be honest.....he's going to want more than a 1 year deal.

Always liked Fowler he is healthy now wonder if he will get to free agency or be tagged he had 15 sacks this past.

I saw Clowney play a lot when he was here in Houston, doesn't always play 100% in every game but when he does he is good...
