I like this structure making it a 2 year deal basically with 0 dead money in year three. Martinez compares favorably to Schoebert.

The Schobert deal is good but pretty long.

Mat Lombardo claimed that the Littleton market didn't really develop as expected … less than a handful of teams interested …. Interesting

Well he was 8th in the league in tackling so that would be a dumb thing to say lol. But yes people will complain no matter what. I'm less concerned about LB and much more concern about the OL at this point. We need to get someone either C or OT signed other wise we will be chasing it in the draft.

Think they are trying not to get soldered again guys are out there for a reason.

Your not chasing in the draft when there will be a lot of top end talent where you would be picking as you would have a player at a premium position on a rookie deal

I like Blake. I think its a good signing. Not great but good. He is going to lead our team in tackles. The JAgs Schoebert deal is probably the best of the bunch though. He is a solid all around LBer. Just over $10m per.
By the way, Schobert is only 26 as well.

Snap reaction I would rank them Littleton deal / Schobert / Martinez / Van Noy
I honestly think that it could go in any order. All depends on health and fit I guess.

He's a heck of a cover corner. They are worth a lot and he was paid accordingly.
And he also found time to write all those science fiction books.

What I like about Bradbury is he seems to show up against the top name receivers in the league. Let's get him some safety help, next to Peppers.

What reason is that? the team that drafted them didn't want them anymore some can't afford it but most are either slipping or older and slipping.

So basically we have no idea whey these guys are free agents? My point is people say "they're free agents for a reason" as if we should not sign any. Just kind of a silly thing to say. Everything happens "for a reason".

I think Bradberry is a good player, I disagree that we should spend $15m on a CB at this time though. Get me a pass rusher and OLmen 1st.

My point is people say "they're free agents for a reason" as if we should not sign any. Just kind of a silly thing to say. Everything happens "for a reason". There usually is a good reason like Brian Bolagia he's a bit old and has been having injuries. Teams don't let good tackles or pass rushers go in free agency in there prime for no reason usually they are old or injury prone or a head case. good players at critical positions don't usually get to free agency there is times like with the cowboys they have drafted really well and had to let Jones get to market couldn't afford him. Or sometimes teams screw up their cap.

A) He sucks B) He is old C) He is a cap causality D) He was upgraded E) He is a distraction for the team F) A combination of the above
