The Lions likely are blowing smoke to get teams to bite, but this could really make teams more anxious to even trade up to our spot to at least secure the 3rd QB assuming it goes something like Burrow, Young, and Tua/Herbert in the first 3 picks.
It would be a borderline dream to drop a pick or two and acquire another first, and/or day 2 pick/picks
If the Lions really do go QB that would make things extremely interesting and would almost force a team wanting QB to move up to our spot (SD, Oakland, Miami, etc)

Baun potentially going to fall? Yea the diluted test that came out today might knock him out of the 1st rd. He said cause he drank too much water before the test. That's what he was suppose to say if the test came back wrong imo. Maybe he needed extra time to retake the test, but with the pandemic that wasn't happening.
Maybe he's not quite as strong or fast ?

Baun potentially going to fall? Yeah he drank too much water 🙄 Lol yeah, that could easily be the explanation, but there are certainly guys who will do that on purpose to dilute the results to give themselves more time to pass a test. I'm not saying that's the case necessarily, but teams may wonder that. I do feel like teams will be more cautious and scared off easier than in normal years due to limited actual interaction with potential prospects. Things like this and guys battling injuries could potentially fall further than they would in previous years, because it is a lot harder to get an accurate picture through just videos sent to you and zoom interviews

It’s all about how willing you are to take a chance on these players. Especially with injuries

Especially with injuries I could see teams playing it really safe or trying to hit HRs day 3 with guys that have fallen that should not be there under normal circumstances. I’m really interested to see how it actually impacts where players will go

Falcons are looking to trade up and make a splash. They are currently at 16. That’s further than I’d want to trade back but I’m hoping some trade conversations start developing because I still think without a doubt our best option is to trade back a few picks and acquire more picks

I’ve seen multiple reports of this and I would be more than okay with it. Him and Thomas are my preferred OTs if we stay at 4 or trade back

Read Vikings are making a push for OBJ. I have seen that as well. The reported outline of the potential trade looks like a really bad return for the Browns. Netting much less than what the Vikings received for Diggs
