Of course he is improving, he's worked his whole life to be a starting QB in the NFL
I do not doubt he wants to win the Super Bowl and that's the motivation I want to see!
If successful, we in for quite an enjoyable ride as it seems like all the ingredients are there

Everyone is dealing with the same issues. And we have Dallas and Washington with new staffs so who knows what’ll happen this year?

Most of us were putting it on the back burner that they could make the playoffs in 2020. Realistically 2021 was "THE" year they will finally become the perennial competitive team we are hoping for. Add another Lombardy too over the next 5 or 6 years....

Although only a fan since 1978ish but I have been lucky to witness 5 very good to great SB runs with 4 Lombardi's in the case. I still get a little pumped every season even when I know they will probably be bad because you never know. Reality for me this season was 6 to 7 wins and the arrow solidly point up in most aspects at the end.

Love the guy. Incredibly excited to watch his career unfold and I think he's gonna be a good one.
Related side note, there is also just something to love about the kind of ball he throws and his delivery. Just looks good (not based on that video, just watching him play all last year).

Looks strong.
Doesn't have an arm in my ass.
Thank goodness for you, I'd imagine that would be painful.
