He isnt wrong. Wilson is underrated. He needs to get that 2nd ring though. Same with Aaron Rodgers. I know getting a ring is definitely a team thing, and the greatest QBs in the world cant do it themselves (Marino), but he needs that 2nd one on his resume.

The media seems to hate anyone that treats them like the sad sack fools they are. Belichick, Trump, Gettelman are all examples.

There’s nothing controversial about talking about how great Wilson is.

But it's certainly true that he's a great player. He and Mahommes are the two best QB's in football. I might give the nod to Wilson actually because he's had less around him. And he makes so few mistakes.

And maybe him and Ben Roethlisburger when healthy gets the nod too. Hell, people might start putting Lamar Jackson above him soon. For me in 2020? Id say he is the #2 QB in the NFL. Mahomes being #1, but as you said, Mahomes has a much better arsenal around him.

If you asked me Brady or Wilson, I might blurt out Brady...give me a second to ponder the answer, and I am going to take Wilson. Same for Brees Probably take Rodgers. That's it.

You'd be surprised, or not, how much hype Brady still gets. And Brees. Obviously they are on their downsides, but people remember how good they are under pressure and in the clutch. Right now, top 3 for me, Mahomes, Wilson, Rodgers.

After this year I think people will realize Brady and Brees just arent there anymore like they used to be. Especially Brady without Belichick. He is going to lose more games this season than he has in any of the 20 seasons with the Pats.

They were practically a playoff last year, I don’t think there’s any way they’re not a playoff team with a better QB.

Probably your prototype for your new age modern qbs that would have been considered too small 10 years ago Mayfield Jackson Murray

I dont think they are as good as people think. Kidna reminds me of the Eagles dream team. We'll see. I think they have a damn good defense, a real good OL and a much better QB. They got the tools and I think Brady brings things that can push that team.

Brady ma show flashes, but I think his physical tools are diminished enough that all the grizzled veterans savvy in the world may not matter. And they have surrounded him with as much talent as possible.

Last year, he threw for 5,109 yards and 33 TDs. YEs, he also gave the ball away a ton with his 30 INTs, but he made many huge plays in every game. Not sure Brady can duplicate that anymore. The last year or 2, the Belichick system allowed Tom to be a system QB, a smart game manager if you will. Bucs dont do that so it will be interesting to see him adapt. IF week 1 was any indication, he might not fair too well. By the way, Im not a big fan of Winston at all.

I think Brady took a big step back the last year or 2, combine that with leaving NE, he might not be as productive as Winston was for that team. Obviously Brady is a much better QB than Winston, but the productivity might not be there for wins. (Unless the defense is going to be a great defense as you think). The Saints nearly dropped 40 on them.
