I’m basically deaf, have a Cochlear implant in right ear and hearing aid in left. Have a device to stream to both devices, which usually is ok, but this fake noise they are pumping in is insane. I can’t hear a word that the announcers are saying, now maybe that’s a good thing, but it’s beyond annoying.

I guess it could be a tech thing or echo, not familiar with implants.

Hard to explain, but the noise is just too annoying. Maybe it’s just me

Even more worse are the cut outs of fans in the stands in baseball games. It's laughable.

I didn’t have a problem with the fake fan noise on Sunday, but thought it was a little weird on Monday night. There were times when the fan noise seemed to increase like something was happening on the field when nothing was actually happening.

I have Meniere's disease and am 99% deaf in my right ear. How does music sound?

i would prefer the games being broadcast with the announcers doing play by play and the natural sounds of the game... Unfortunately i think the players language would be too much for network tv

I mentioned this same thing to my wife about the fake crowd background noise drowning out the announcers...

Cochlear, in my opinion has done a very good job of providing training to help, you adapt. My biggest issue, even after almost 3 years is that I constantly feel like I’m in a tunnel. One great thing is the streaming thru your smartphone, TV and even computer, which was huge with all the Zoom meetings during the pandemic. Feel free to PM me for more info, if you would like.

Fake crowd noise = fake laugh tracks in sitcoms and those are stupid and beyond annoying.
