This team just doesn't have enough playmakers on either side of the ball. They have some guys who can make plays, and some really good players in a few positions. But overall, there just isn't anybody that really scares you, on either side of the ball.
Hence you get what we had here today...and I don't like it anymore than you men.

Doesn't matter if you can't get the ball to them.

Not even referring just to skill position players, just playmakers, gamers...dogs.. difference makers. That could apply to a lineman too, line backer, etc. Not on offense or defense. Guys that can change a game with one play...

Hasn’t been anyone scary for years except you know who and you see what they did with him. This ownership is as dumb as they come and I will be so bold as to say that they are the dumbest that I have EVER seen them. Mara is an imbecile and I am sick and tired of his reign. He has no idea how to hire front office. He has no idea how to evaluate his scouting department. He has no idea how to get his thumb out of his ass. I’m sick of it. Sell the team please! Your stupidity is painful to deal with year to year and you suck! Go jump off a cliff!🤬

The only real great player we had in the last 7 years that I remember is Odell Beckham. I'm still holding out hope for Barkley. Eli was past his prime in his last 7 years. 7 years, 1 winning season. Now that the Browns are 2-1 and have a winning record for the first time in 83 games. The Giants now are the team that has the longest amount of consecutive games 51 not being over .500. Heard this watching the Browns-Washington game today.

It's telling to me after this game how bad our roster really is. Too many bad draft picks- especially first round misses, bad free agent acquisitions, bad evaluation of previous and current talent...now we have this. That team we just got smoked by had 9 projected starters out.
Imagine if we played their A team? We are arguably worse than we were three years ago. We are still 3 OL pieces away...still.

Yep, its the number one glaring issue, we have an extremely weak roster. Our wide receivers are a scrap heap, our oline still either very young or just not very good. We have NO beasts on defense.
Very weak roster.

Defensively, thats what you get when you plan on "scheming a pass rush". You need dominant pass rushers, guys need to win their battles.

We scare no one. #24 Bradberry only one to make plays on the ball today. K Gano is the sole NYG offense. SF did not punt today. QB Jones was leading rusher. It's hard to root for a team that regresses weekly. Offense is vanilla and no adjustments by coaching staff. # of tackles is a false positive. Tackling 10 yards beyond the LOS are worthless. Secondary are chasing after the completion. Are our DBs just slow? Oline has not improved run blocking. Is it lack of talent or inadequate coaching? IMO the NYGs don't have enough NFL quality players. Disappointing for sure,

Few? What Playmakers do we actually have?
I like Slayton a lot but come on, we was fooling ourselves putting all that pressure on a 5th Round Pick to be a #1 Receiver
Daniel Jones need WEAPONS not just 1 Good Weapon! As great of a young QB Patrick Mahomes is, he has Weapons everywhere! Has a Track Team as Receivers, one of the best TE's in the NFL and Multiple Running Backs

But there are guys who make plays, like Bradberry, or Martinez, but not that dominant playmaker that teams fear. We have some good players, but no great players...

But you can't blame the weapons when your QB is missing wide open receivers or failing to pitch the ball 2 yards. Our best RB and WR are also out.

It's even beyond just the receivers, we don't even have a line that can run or pass block effectively after 3 years of trying to improve it. Throw in the fact that we are starting a guy at center who has never played the position, and it shows. I can't understand how we did not make an attempt to improve that position, other than try to plug a guy into it who never played it. Maybe they are counting on Lemiuex to be that guy, but center is such an important position and it's almost been ignored to an extent.

Absolutely, the best all-around WR on this team this year. Who do you think it is?

This is a huge problem. Our Current Roster is so devoid of talent. We have a boatload of cap money going into this offseason and I am not saying go crazy and just spend but we need some elite established players. Years past when the game was on the line Osi, Tuck, Strahan, Tiki or Odell made a game changing play. You need someone on the team that can do this. Wether it’s offensively or defensively. We have a team full of average to below average players. Of course you need young players and hope they develop but you can’t base the majority of your roster on hopes and dreams.
