With all the mock drafts out there and the names keep changing on them, somebody will get it right. I'm going with the sure pick. That's the best player available to fit in the Giants system.

Note Starting to see mocks where Radunz is in the late 1st....secret is out. Can i get a scouting report on the 2 6th round WRs? (Other than I can't pronounce the guy's last name from Illinois?)

Since you're drafting him I assume you're planning in us losing Tomlinson? He doesn't really play the same role as LW

WTF on WFT? So they can grab their QB? www.drafttek.com/2021-NFL-Mock-Draft/2021-NFL-Mock-Draft-Round-1b.aspI truly believe Alim is going to a force in the NFL as a 3 tech....and yeah, one of our tackles is going free agency. Maybe we take Tomlinson, but we're then drafting a DT IMHO, if we're keeping LW no matter what the cost, and he does indeed get double teamed a lot...we really need an edge that will require a double to set this defense into next level motion.

Its funny, the more I watch McNeil, the more I think 'wow, he looks just like DT'. He is a run stuffing big body DT, who can control the LOS but can also contribute rushing the passer. He's not going to make his career rushing the passer but he's not a liability when it comes to getting after the QB. I dont know who said it, but someone suggested signing LW and franchising DT until we free up more money in 2022

R1 P11 WR Jaylen Waddle - Alabama- I really do think Waddle will be a Giant. If he was healthy all season I don’t think there’s a chance he is here. I think there’s a very good chance Smith, Chase, and Pitts are taken above him. Waddle is a true blow the top off a defense guy that we need. Dynamic and rare speed. He would be incredibly fun to watch
R2 P19 TE Pat Freiermuth - Penn State- another weapon added in round two. Makes Engram expendable in a trade or we can have some dynamic 2 TE looks. I think he would be one of Jones’ favorite targets day 1
R3 P10 EDGE Patrick Jones II - Pittsburgh- Edge that I really do like. Displayed good bend around the corner, burst, and strength. I do think he needs more variety and refinement on his moves but I think the tools are there to be a very solid edge at the next level
R3 P12 CB Ifeatu Melifonwu - Syracuse- Let Bradberry, Graham, and company mold this kid into a stud. Bradberry and Melifonwu on the edges with Holmes inside... that’s fun stuff right there
R4 P11 WR Tamorrion Terry - Florida State- Idc what his stats say this year, this kid has the talent to be a legitimate problem for defenses every single week. He has a great speed for his size, he can play as big as his body really is, he can catch a short pass and win with speed to the house, etc. He is someone I really do think will be a steal for someone at the next level if he is ends up in a right situation
R6 P12 LB Jamin Davis - Kentucky- very underrated guy that’s getting more buzz lately. I think he would be an absolute steal at this point. I like his game a lot!
R6 P17 OT Robert Jones - Middle Tennessee- OT/OG Depth never hurt. Have to take an offensive lineman in any draft!
One of my favorite drafts yet. Lots of firepower on offense added and some really talented players on defense added. I would be ALL for this

I took Chase, Wyatt Davis in the second, Greg Newsome in the 3rd, Paulson Adebo in 4th, Jamin Davis and Anthony Schwartz in the 6th. Had I taken Surtain, I would have grabbed Seth Williams over Adebo in the 4th but otherwise would have been the same. Chase and Adebo I think is better than Surtain and Williams, so it worked out. As of right now Chase and Surtain or my 1 and 1a players for the Giants in the first.

Might get lucky on one of them at the beginning of the 3rd. Schwartz not sure where he goes, but I don't think he falls past 5th. Might get pushed down by the sheer number of WRs.

11: R1 P11 WR DeVonta Smith - Alabama 42: R2 P10 EDGE Jaelan Phillips - Miami 76: R3 P12 G Wyatt Davis - Ohio State 116: R4 P11 CB Paulson Adebo - Stanford 198: R6 P12 S Tyree Gillespie - Mizzou 203: R6 P17 WR Tamorrion Terry - Florida State
OK, so we have a lot of Safeties already, but Gillespie is way too good a player to not take if he is sitting there in the 6th. He will be at minimum a beast on specials IMO. But he has shown he is is good in the box, good on deep middle coverage, better when taking halves, and very good at covering big slot receivers/TEs.

Time to get serious ... 6 hours to LA yesterday to ship out goods to Cebu, and 8 hours back because LA has lovely traffic, I listened to the NFL radio constantly. They are expecting a LOT of cuts coming up due to the cap drop. One thing that stood out is any post June 1 cuts should be notified early to allow them to starting working with other teams...as they put it, gonna be a lot of players looking for jobs soon.
11: R1 P11 OT Penei Sewell - Oregon

Taal is starting to gurgle again...I know that isn't by where you are heading but still at the very least it could mess up air travel....and at worst we don't think of that scenario (a supervolcano)
